Debate how we should handle sexually promiscuous minors - Seriously

It is clear there are a non zero number of people (very loose definition of people) who would blame the minors themselves for sexual promiscuity. This is manifested in ways such as victim blaming (slut shaming and she deserved it because of what she was wearing) and appeals to history (age of consent was lower or non existent in the past).

Considering:
  • As a society, we have decided to use age as a proxy of maturity,
  • It is established sexual abuse leads to minor sexual promiscuity,
  • Adults can leverage the the inherent power gap over children,
  • A vast majority of children are abused by people the children know, and
  • Parents’ authority are continually undermined by societal institutions.
How can minors possibly be responsible? How should we help minors who are sexually promiscuous to put the genie back in the bottle? Is this a whole societal problem, or should it remain as something best solved in the home? How could a family solve it internally if the abuse comes from within the home?

You nip sexual abuse in the bud as much as possible. Other then that there isn't much you can do other then being an attentive parent.
A vast majority of children are abused by people the children know
I seem to remember reading an article that said this statistic is largely driven by predators going out of their way to date single mothers to have access to their children.

Careful with this one, pedos have talking points stored up for justification.
They're not. Anyone who suggests they are, in some way, are projecting their own desires/thoughts.
Have to agree with this. When I think 'minor' I mainly focus on the under 15s (yes under 18s are still minors, but they are more likely to be interested in sex with puberty and all that) so I disagree with the claim that they can be promiscuous.

In the cases were they might be, its generally cause
1. older pedophiles are taking advantage of them
2. They are curious (In these cases the sexual acts would be with those of the same age or younger)

Is this a whole societal problem, or should it remain as something best solved in the home? How could a family solve it internally if the abuse comes from within the home?
This is why i think Sex should be taught in the schools(more scientifically) and in the homes.Despite conservitard seething its a plain bad idea to leave sexual education to the home alone, but i do see their points when they point out teachers might be degenerate weirdos that want to push weird shit unto children.

Maybe a set curriculum? Sex is taught scientifically, but things like consent and safety are taught alongside it.

Even the harshest penalties fail to deter pedophiles, and by the time they're outed it's already too late, a child has been abused. This will be unpopular, but I think having some system that allows you to identify pedos and initiate some kind of intervention before any abuse takes place would be the best case scenario. It's easy (and justified) to say just kill them, but that doesn't undo what they've done, nor does it seem to do any good in preventing more pedophiles in future. Something that nips it in the bud before a crime is committed. How such a system would work or if it would even be effective I have no idea, individual online/device privacy would probably have to suffer hugely to allow it...

Part of it is parental responsibility as too many parents are lazy and aren't interested in or care about what their kids are doing online. Too many kids have Snapchat, discord, and Twitter accounts where they can be and are exposed to pornography and predators. Other part of it is societal as spaces, and media for teens and preteens no longer exist. We've grown into a society that hates children and wants them to grow up immediately or treat them like they dont exist at all and we now see faggots who would rather blame kids instead of the pedophiles predating on them.

Well it already did, it was kinda controversial.
Oh fuck I walked into that one. I thought people would be confused and think of Lord of the Flies instead of that.

I would want it to be like part boarding school, part Little Lamplight from Fallout 3 where they kick out the adults when they get too old

But parents would never want to be separated from their kids.

World Government should promote me as a universal role model, since I'm 48 years old and still a virgin.

Beat 'em with a stick if they even think about touching themselves (sexually).

Literally impossible to debate since in the U.S at least the only two factions that exist are the quasi Christian Neo Tradcaths that want everyone to be asexual eunuchs and the progressive LGBTPAQ+ groomers that want every child to have state sponsored Bad Dragons and OnlyFans subscriptions.

In the US? Good luck with that.

Even if you manage to beat back the Alphabet grooming movement, you've still got a contingent of feminists that whine about control over women's bodies.

During and post puberty but still a minor is a very awkward stage in life with a lot of growing pains and adults are famously cowardly about being forthright with their kids. They start having feelings and urges despite still being physically and mentally underdeveloped and might have weird or downright uncomfortable questions about things (and that's if they even trust to ask).

If a teenager is very promiscuous it's usually a sign something is wrong though.

I've always held that there really shouldn't be sex ed in schools as such but just sex differences and the science of reproduction done through biology as well as very clinical information available through a doctor, perhaps. Most everything about sex is piss easy to understand and can be explained quite simply, so there's no need to draw it out or tack on a bunch of extras. It's just asking for weirdos to take advantage and they do.

I think people obsess over which type of info and how it's presented can lead to the outcome you want in either direction but when it comes to stuff like this people really overblow how much they can do.

after a certain point, you just can't
be a good parent before they get there so they understand their retardation has consequences

we all live in low trust societies now, so you have to work overtime and making sure your kids aren't retarded and know to stay away from retards
