What? They pay state, local (if any), and fed income taxes (assuming they earn enough to be taxed) and sales tax. They also pay property taxes if a homeowner. Also, most cyclists also own cars, and therefore are subject to registration and other car-buying fees like anyone else. Same for gas. They just maybe - if they cycle for their commute, errands, etc. - use the major roads that their taxes pay for less than car commuters. In addition, in many states the registration/ title/ license/ plates fees go primarily to pay for the DMV organization itself; some states also use it for road/ infrastructure upkeep - so in many places not paying purchase/ registration fees doesn't impact the roads, anyway.

I had a cyclist swerve all over in front of me when I tried to pass him up to be out of his way, and I always suspected it was deliberate because he tried to road rage me at the next red light. I was far enough back at that moment to simply turn away from him and take a different way home.
I think it's a bad attempt at punnery with Trump's "Grab them by the pussy," quote. Men's neckties are sometimes referred to as nooses, so "neussy" seems to a hybrid of "noose + pussy" to suggest Trump should be hung by his necktie.
Trump seemed to be prepared for the legal shenanigans even during the 2024 campaign. From what was reported here and in the media, he had a team of lawyers filing stuff across the country in lead-up to the election to cut down on the amount of Election Day chicanery that might take place. He seems more methodic this term and more willing to try to do things that will better withstand the expected lawfare from opponents.
Although, I didn't pass by any protests while running today's errands, the local radio station reported how the protests in surrounding cities apparently staggered their start and finish times to make it easier for people to go from one protest to another. A persona being interviewed by the station boasted about his intention to protest at three different sites today.
