Photo of the driver being arrested, looks kababish
Oh for fucks sake, can't we have one month go by without this sort of shit really.
I know criminals are generally dumbasses, but planning your getaway through Times Square? I didn't see the guy wearing his court mandated helmet.
Someone looking for a good location to run over large amounts of people in Manhattan, though?
They didn't let Richard Reed out, did they? There are reports that the suspect was fleeing from a robbery gone wrong so there might not have been any motive at all.
Of course this is all just coming in and it might be wrong.
Edit: Looks like the suspect is from the Bronx and his name is "Richard" something. He apparently has a history of DUI's and there's indications that he was intoxicated today as well.

Puerto Ricans will kill as many people as it takes to get a green card. You're all wrong, it was was a 26-year old probable green-card immigrant named Richard Rojas.
Turns out this guy has a history of DUIs, one of which he was going over 90 MPH in a 50 MPH zone.

Dominican Nationals, Mexican Nationals, Puerto Rican Nationals, it does not matter, they're all violent.

Puerto Ricans don't need green cards... (or was that the joke?)Puerto Ricans will kill as many people as it takes to get a green card.
