How? The blow-outs on the heart are consistent from when she first posted it. You can see the scar tissue on the 10 tattoo where the artist went way too deep (which to be fair, is kinda impossible to avoid with skin as shit as hers). This is exactly what settled in tattoos look like on incredibly aged, thin skin.

Actually I just noticed that first picture is from 2013. When is the second one from? I assumed it was just marker that was starting to wipe off, but if it's really been in the same spot for years I guess it's real.

A large chunk of tattoo artists are just in it for the money and don't give a fuck about what a sane human would do. And mentally ill people make good cash-cows for people who work in body modification, they're good clients because they keep shilling out money for shit tattoos done with zero effort. Think Abbey Brown. No tattoo artist who actually cares about their work would make something that already looks shit when freshly done, knowing it'll only get uglier as it settles into the skin.
