Don't feel bad. A lot has happened.

You may recall that Aaron admitting everything is how we know that Aaron took the picture, on air (STMS), while Kayla was posing out of frame. He basically locked himself into some sort of conviction after he admitted to that. They can use that on-air admission against him at a trial.

On the one hand, I am happy Aaron mentioned the circumstances as to how he got the picture, because it destroyed Nick's BS narrative that it was taken without Kayla's permission. That probably pissed Nick off something else.

On the other hand, for legal reasons, he really should have just kept his damn mouth shut. This is a persistent problem Aaron has. He'll snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. That's why you should never put too much faith in him.

At least he was a godsend for how all the sovcit-tier babbling jammed up the whole calendar - it's 11:45 and they still haven't finished the first 11:30 (73-CR-25-5185) before even getting around to Aaron's other 11:30, and Judge Schultz at least looks like she's not one to see her lunch delayed, so with some luck she just might skip having Kayla tearfully read Nick's ghostwritten victim impact statement when the writing in the record will suffice. The sandwich beckoning from chambers could just as easily make her more prone to railroading Aaron though.
 
Not unexpected, and probably good for Aaron in the long run, bad for Aaron in the short term. Now the only narrative about what goes down will be from Meltonites and we'll have to wait for the transcripts to get any real info aside from what the sentence ends up being.

I say good in the long run because it is likely to be a series of very embarrassing moments for him and I'm sure he appreciates them not being recorded and replayed on NLO every episode for the next decade.
