Charlie Kirk: Aftermath, Gravedancing, and Manhunt

Yeah, obviously everything turbo charged in 2015 but if you look back at older tv shows an interesting pattern starts to emerge. In the mid-late 90s an awful lot of normie television had episodes or short arcs where a transwoman would pop-up, usually played by an attractive woman. Shows like Ally McBeal, Married With Children, Just Shoot Me, etc. Almost always the story would go that one or a number of the male characters was deeply attracted to the transwoman, and had no idea she wasn't actually a woman. Then they'd discover the truth and be shocked, grossed out but kind of still attracted. At the same time you had serious shows and movies do thoughtful dramas about parents with a trans child, popularising "I'd rather have a live daughter than a dead son," or a young person transitioning, like Boys Don't Cry, showing how defenceless and vulnerable poor trans people are.

As time went on these characters became taken more seriously, so in the 2000s you had Rebecca Romjin's transwoman as a main character for years of Ugly Betty. And once the public were used to the idea of transwoman, you started seeing transwomen being portrayed by actual trans identifying (gay) men, like Laverne Cox and Jamie Clayton, in Orange is the New Black and Sense8. Both being portrayed as very vulnerable due to their transness.

I watch a lot of older shows and movies these days and I just keep noticing it pop up. I feel like we were being primed for decades, in gradually more outrageous stages.
Whats really funny is how much of this seems to have been so tightly planned, but then to realize how few were actually on board and see some kind of screw up they desperately try to bury. because fine control of insanely large swathes of people aren't possible, all you can do is move everyone in the same general direction and toss cash at the competent ones that seem to be having the most effect. But sometimes those attempts are successful but wrong. Global warming is a great example. Before global warming, they were doing all this same shit to grab power. But all their data indicated everything getting colder so they were claiming the world was going to go ice age in the future. Which means there are old TV shows where global cooling destorys the earth. "In search of with Leonard Nemoy" and the pilot episode of "Sliders" both are about the planet dying out due to a coming freeze.

failure.webp
What an utter fucking embarrassment this whole thing has been for the right.

This is the full extent of how hard the right was willing to fight for their dead friend. This is what the legacy of Charlie Kirk amounted to.

Getting Jimmy Kimmel cancelled for a week and a half.

All this tells you when the left wants you cancelled regardless of the cause they will band together and make sure you stay cancelled (corpos help them). When the right wants you cancelled they actually have to fight for it.

That's all it is.

I think it largely was working. I didn't give a huge amount of thought to transpeople a decade ago but when I did, it was sympathetic. I thought they were poor unfortunate people stuck living a life they could never be really satisfied in. But as a woman who has done a lot of sports and worked in an area that requires a degree of child protection awareness, I knew for a fact how much stronger and faster men are and I knew the years long lengths predators will go to, to gain access to children. I never imagined we'd see men applauded for entering women's sports or enter an era where you get called a bigot for saying we can't let down barriers for access to children. So it didn't matter how much the media had primed me to have sympathy for them, there were lines that I knew we shouldn't be crossing and when they were crossed the whole illusion shattered.

That's funny, I only watched that Sliders episode recently. I'll have to show my parents the Leonard Nimoy episode, they are always saying they were taught in school about the coming ice-age. They'll feel very validated! Another thing I've started to notice is just how many tv shows I loved in my childhood and teens were about resistance movements. And I know a lot of that had to do with post WW2 and the idea of resistance against Nazi occupation, which was still living memory for people in the media, but so often as a kid, I'd play at being a resistance fighter. It just seemed cool, a lot cooler than being an authority figure in a just society. I know that when I was very leftist, it was lighting up the same parts of my brain play acting a plucky rebel. And I genuinely believe it's a huge part of what's driving groups like antifa. They think they're fighting Darth Vader or Hordak or invading aliens.

Also true elsewhere. My partner cut ties with a (institutionalized) leftist circle she spent time with since all positions have been occupied by mtf dudes that do not care about what women have to say. I do not want to associate with such people as well. Guess the culture war will be completely based on the gender issue eventually. I rather be homeless politically.

When did it start anyway? I first heard about that trans stuff from the US before it arrived here.
You sweet summer child. Troons have been around since the Roman Empire likely before that. The first successful sex change operation was performed on Dora Richter (German) in Berlin, Germany in 1931. Lili Elbe (Danish) was one of the first famous troons, who got the surgery a year later. Then the Nazis fucked Hirschfeld’s shit up and the movement was set back by a couple decades. Christine Jorgensen (American with Danish parents) became a troon activist in the 1950s.

I’ll just leave this here
Key figures in trans history:
  • Lili Elbe (1882–1931):
A Danish painter, Elbe was one of the first people to have surgical sex reassignment, though her procedures were experimental and ultimately led to her death.

  • Christine Jorgensen (1926–1989):
As an American WWII veteran, Jorgensen traveled to Denmark in 1950 for hormone therapy and surgeries that transformed her body. Her story generated international headlines and brought significant public awareness to transgender issues.

  • Dora Richter (c. 1882–1966):
A German transgender woman who underwent surgeries in the 1920s and is also considered a pioneering figure.
Historical context:
  • Ancient and diverse identities:
Throughout history, different cultures have recognized and documented individuals who expressed themselves outside of the gender assigned at birth, though these historical accounts are often difficult to categorize using modern terms.

  • The advent of modern medicine:
Before the 20th century, options for medically transitioning were extremely limited. Lili Elbe's pioneering surgeries were a crucial step, leading to the more public and widely reported transition of Christine Jorgensen years later.

  • Social impact:
Jorgensen's story and advocacy helped educate the public about gender identity and was instrumental in increasing awareness and visibility for transgender people at a time when there was little support or recognition.

Context of Early SRS
  • Pioneering Work in Germany:
The early 20th century saw significant advancements in sexology in Germany, which laid the groundwork for these surgeries.

  • Experimental Procedures:
These early operations were highly experimental and carried significant risks, as demonstrated by Lili Elbe's tragic death due to complications from an organ transplant.

  • Limited Acceptance:
While these initial surgeries were performed, they were not widely accepted by the medical community at large.

  • Interruption of Progress:
The Nazi regime's destruction of Hirschfeld's Institute in 1933 significantly disrupted further research and practice in this field.

Key Figures and Milestones
  • Dora Richter (1931):
A chef at Restaurant Kempinski, she was the first person documented to undergo a vaginoplasty.

  • Lili Elbe (1931):
A Danish painter and one of the first people to have gender-affirming surgery, including a uterus transplant, which resulted in her death.

  • Dr. Felix Abraham:
He reported the first described vaginoplasty procedure in 1931.

  • Christine Jorgensen:
While not the first, she made history in 1952 as one of the first Americans to undergo gender-affirming surgery, which brought increased public attention to the topi

Grow the fuck up. Expecting everything to happen RIGHT FUCKING NOW is a childish mentality. Grown-ass adults with life experience understand that things take time and aren't going to happen right this fucking second just because you want them to.

10+ years, over a decade.

I think the people who are the retards are the people that have been saying this exact thing, for over 3,643 days. Attacking, supposedly their own, because they want results and the promises made, kept. These cucked do nothings and childish babies need to grown the fuck up and shut the fuck up.

In the real world, if you royally screwed up, or produced no results in your actual job, you would be fired. THAT is how the real world works.

on what basis would their hold on power be more secure in a two-class society without the middle class buffer?

I can understand the elite wanting to redirect the justified mass frustration this kind of over-accumulation generates to the middle class, as a kind of scapegoat, but once they're... "liquidated", or whatever, under this model - how are elites safer?
Opposition is less likely from a class benefiting from gibs, and coordinating such opposition is harder when you're dependent on them. But I don't think the participants in High+Low vs. Middle are explicitly gaming this out, it's a matter of motivation.

A patronage regime gains power by getting more people dependent on gibs, and giving more loyalists positions administering the gibs. People outside those groups are not beholden to you, just cattle you can tax and disenfranchise to reward the other two groups.

When a politician rallies the Professional-Managerial Class and government diversity hires to demand tax hikes for unsustainable pensions, the fake email jobbers know that flyover chud small business owners who won't fork over half their paychecks are the Enemy.

It doesn't matter that the math won't work...at any moment, will Elites tell their Clients no to gibs, or liquidate kulaks to provide them?

Trump was given the greatest opportunity in a generation to actually take immediate action and he did nothing. They were able to mass-arrest J6'ers within days. There's a number of things Trump could do that are precedented in recent history, within his power, and used by his opponents. But at this point the momentum behind Charlie's assassination is rapidly declining and he's done nothing. This is going to absolutely devastate rightwing morale, and the ensuing loss of whatever political capital he has left will be his fault.

Keep putting your faith in his FBI jeet though, jeets are notoriously competent.

@parody they fight just as hard as the left. The problem is a lot of corpos are run by the left, so they don't have to keep fighting.

It's not that difficult to understand.

How was was it to take down kiwis from clearnet for a while? How easy was it to shut down daily stormer? How easy was it to take down that Charlie Kirk murderers website?

And how easy is it to take down blue sky?

A media group that no one has heard of up until 2 weeks ago flip flopped on a decision to air content from a dying TV program. The West has truly fallen.
Rightwing influencers and advocates (including the one who runs this site) have had their bank accounts frozen, social media accounts universally banned, advertisements suspended, been dropped by payment processors, and banned from web hosting/publishing services.

The right can't even cancel the host of a dying talkshow for more than a week. Are you seriously happy with the right's efficacy?

Shut the fuck up. This is a complete backtrack from how people were acting barely a week ago.
People were celebrating Kimmel's shit-canning as a sign of times changing, it was obviously a big deal to the right. Suddenly, now that he's back, he was irrelevant and it never mattered anyway. Pure unfiltered copium.
