I don't think you understand how much Americans actually abuse painkillers. It's enough to make me say I don't even blame Tylenol even if it's not good for you, but rather the rate at which we abuse it. Which is absolutely horrific. Americans down painkillers like they do alcohol.

I get that. I'm just pointing out judges often care about the size of their dockets (and DAs about their workload) more than the public's hunger for death.

I still don't think they'll actually offer that plea bargain in this case, but we shouldn't rule it out. Courts are notorious for disappointing everybody when it comes to anything important.

They also need to narrow the definition of autism and do something about so many people being over-diagnosed, especially lazy "failure to thrive" adults looking for an excuse for being socially inept losers. While I have no doubt that certain vaccines, medicine, and processed foods are causing real problems and legit autism in some people, there are a lot of people these days that do not have autism. The definition has become so broad that basically everyone can say they're autistic now.
