Welp a immigration judge did indeed order Khalil to be removed within 30 days to either Algeria or Syria but of course the Orange Man Bad lawyers immediately (like the order was filed and granted within 3 hours) ran to a friendly judge to get both a stay and a injunction to redo his hearing for...reasons.

A 3rd circuit judge out of New Jersey ordered Khalil to be given a new hearing with the fraud part of his charge to be basically ignored for...reasons... so that he would then get the coveted deportation waver and thus be able to stay in the US as a PR and sticking to Orange Man bad. The judge said because Khalil has a US child and wife now extraordinary measure would be needed to remove him.

“This court finds that respondent willfully misrepresented material fact(s) for the sole purpose of circumventing the immigration process and reducing the likelihood his application would be denied,” (immigration judge during first hearing)

This order was...interesting and it raised several eyebrows as basically instructing the immigration judge to ignore the fact that Khalil lied on his visa application knowingly, as Khalil has admitted, because of some vague legal technicality the 3rd circuit judge cooked up. So not only did Khalil get another whack at the apple he got all the problematic issues to be dropped from the case. Nice huh? It's funny to what lengths these Democrat judges will go to keep such people as Khalil in the US.

Buuuuuut this had some unforeseen consequences in the form of, I dunno, the fucking Secretary of State Marco Rubio writing a sworn statement that Khalil is not welcome in the US and his presence is directed threat to US relations with foreign powers. So now the immigration judge, none to pleased to be told to undo his ruling and told to pretty much just let Khalil stay no matter what, goes and says that the SoS's statement means he doesn't even have to consider the fraud aspect as the SOS statement out ranks the 3rd circuit in matter of immigration as the SoS has precedence and expertise on matters of international diplomacy where the 3rd circuit does not and so the original ruling will stay. Khalil will be deported to Algeria or Syria within 30 days.

Now of course the stunning and brave Harvard lawyers defending the riot causing antisemitic immediately ran to another judge for yet another stay so we will have to see what will eventually happen to Khalil but he's just another puppet for the activist Democrat judges to strike back at Trump. I'd wager Trump doesn't even remember saying that Khalil should go but these judges will move Heaven and Earth to keep this little faggot in the US as long as they can just to spite Trump.

He added to that petition basically a civil suit about the authorization to deport him. He got out of detention with an order from the District of New Jersey, but the deportation proceedings were amended to include as a basis his lying on his application about past work history. So now an immigration judge has ordered him removable, but there's a New Jersey judge with a continuing order saying he can't be removed under a different basis while his civil suit on that prior basis is being litigated. So what happens when the IJ decision goes up to the Fifth Circuit and is upheld? Does the New Jersey judge say "fuck the Fifth Circuit and immigration judge, he stays until I say otherwise"? Or does the New Jersey judge say, well, you're not detained anymore, you sued in regard to a different basis for removal, and you're free to litigate your constitutional claim—if it's not moot at this point—as a free legal resident of Algeria or Syria?

I know what the legal answer is, but that doesn't mean much when you're in front of an activist judge.

The Supreme Court gave the plaintiff hints that suing Mississippi would prompt the court to re-examine Roe, and that the more conservative court was critical of the Roe decision. They could have let sleeping dogs lie and the chances are very good that, had Jackson Women's Health Organization not pushed it, Roe v. Wade would still be the law of the land. Instead, JWHO flipped out and basically dared the Supreme Court to overturn Roe, which it did. It's like these people are children who think they're still in school where they can push people in authority around because authority doesn't want to look bad. The problem here is you're not dealing with a principal, or school superintendent, or the president of some university; you are dealing with the Supreme Court and the US federal government, which cares more about its authority than it does about what you think of them as institutions.
