f you want to be referred to by a prominent Democrat congress-sheboon as a “random dead person” after you are gone, it helps to be murdered by an illegal alien gang member. Being Caucasian probably doesn’t hurt either.

If Crockett’s dismissal of this young woman as a “random dead person” sounds familiar, you could be thinking of her fellow prominent Democrat and Somali colonist Ilhan Omar shrugging off the Muslim terror attack that killed thousands of Americans on September 11 as “some people did something.” Speaking of Omar:

notice that the Somali's lower jaw teeth are so jagged she literally looks like a snarling demon from hell

Specifically, she denounced him for supporting the Second Amendment and failing to endorse Black Lives Matter and George Floydism.

Democrats hate normal people and especially hate regular Americans. Many Democrat pols don’t even try to hide this.

"party of empathy" everyone.

Remember that Palestine activist working for Harvard that Trump wanted removed? You know the that was trying to cause riots and harassing Jews in the halls? Asking for ID's and other stupid shit to "raise awareness of Palestinian plights"?

Welp a immigration judge did indeed order Khalil to be removed within 30 days to either Algeria or Syria but of course the Orange Man Bad lawyers immediately (like the order was filed and granted within 3 hours) ran to a friendly judge to get both a stay and a injunction to redo his hearing for...reasons.

A 3rd circuit judge out of New Jersey ordered Khalil to be given a new hearing with the fraud part of his charge to be basically ignored for...reasons... so that he would then get the coveted deportation waver and thus be able to stay in the US as a PR and sticking to Orange Man bad. The judge said because Khalil has a US child and wife now extraordinary measure would be needed to remove him.

“This court finds that respondent willfully misrepresented material fact(s) for the sole purpose of circumventing the immigration process and reducing the likelihood his application would be denied,” (immigration judge during first hearing)

This order was...interesting and it raised several eyebrows as basically instructing the immigration judge to ignore the fact that Khalil lied on his visa application knowingly, as Khalil has admitted, because of some vague legal technicality the 3rd circuit judge cooked up. So not only did Khalil get another whack at the apple he got all the problematic issues to be dropped from the case. Nice huh? It's funny to what lengths these Democrat judges will go to keep such people as Khalil in the US.

Buuuuuut this had some unforeseen consequences in the form of, I dunno, the fucking Secretary of State Marco Rubio writing a sworn statement that Khalil is not welcome in the US and his presence is directed threat to US relations with foreign powers. So now the immigration judge, none to pleased to be told to undo his ruling and told to pretty much just let Khalil stay no matter what, goes and says that the SoS's statement means he doesn't even have to consider the fraud aspect as the SOS statement out ranks the 3rd circuit in matter of immigration as the SoS has precedence and expertise on matters of international diplomacy where the 3rd circuit does not and so the original ruling will stay. Khalil will be deported to Algeria or Syria within 30 days.

Now of course the stunning and brave Harvard lawyers defending the riot causing antisemitic immediately ran to another judge for yet another stay so we will have to see what will eventually happen to Khalil but he's just another puppet for the activist Democrat judges to strike back at Trump. I'd wager Trump doesn't even remember saying that Khalil should go but these judges will move Heaven and Earth to keep this little faggot in the US as long as they can just to spite Trump.

“It is no surprise that the Trump administration continues to retaliate against me for my exercise of free speech. Their latest attempt, through a kangaroo immigration court, exposes their true colors once again,” Khalil said in a statement. “When their first effort to deport me was set to fail, they resorted to fabricating baseless and ridiculous allegations in a bid to silence me for speaking out and standing firmly with Palestine.”

I don't think they'll win this one though. Khalil openly bragged about lying on his visa form and is on record admitting it. At best these Democrat stooges will be able to only delay the inevitable. I wonder what the chances are his wife chooses to stay in the US rather then go with her brave rebel husband to a war torn hellhole in Africa.

Anyway here's the details if you want to read up on them

They are paying us 6 billion dollars.
Late I know, but this Tucker Carlson segment with Ted Cruz is an eyeopener, to me at least, on how devoted our American lawmakers and politicians are to the Israeli government over their own country.

He cannot even make the religious argument (in good faith) from Genesis that he wishes for God's blessing for Israel because he's in the pockets of a lobbyist group FOR Israel, not the nation itself that existed once upon a time.

It was Columbia, not Harvard. But otherwise your post is pretty accurate.

There's a legitimate jurisdictional and judicial power issue going on here. A habeas petition is only for getting someone out of detention. He added to that petition basically a civil suit about the authorization to deport him. He got out of detention with an order from the District of New Jersey, but the deportation proceedings were amended to include as a basis his lying on his application about past work history. So now an immigration judge has ordered him removable, but there's a New Jersey judge with a continuing order saying he can't be removed under a different basis while his civil suit on that prior basis is being litigated. So what happens when the IJ decision goes up to the Fifth Circuit and is upheld? Does the New Jersey judge say "fuck the Fifth Circuit and immigration judge, he stays until I say otherwise"? Or does the New Jersey judge say, well, you're not detained anymore, you sued in regard to a different basis for removal, and you're free to litigate your constitutional claim—if it's not moot at this point—as a free legal resident of Algeria or Syria?

I know what the legal answer is, but that doesn't mean much when you're in front of an activist judge.

What I find so odd is that the Supreme Court already signaled to these boobs that they won't win in court. Federal judges can't override the federal government willy-nilly like this and they certainly can't make up rules to do it. This was a tool in their shed that historically did work, but only when used once in a while and when the political climate was in their favor. Now they are so desperate that they're basically going to be the mole in whack-a-mole and they will cause massive legal changes against their favor because of the abuse.

It's like Roe v. Wade getting overturned. The Supreme Court gave the plaintiff hints that suing Mississippi would prompt the court to re-examine Roe, and that the more conservative court was critical of the Roe decision. They could have let sleeping dogs lie and the chances are very good that, had Jackson Women's Health Organization not pushed it, Roe v. Wade would still be the law of the land. Instead, JWHO flipped out and basically dared the Supreme Court to overturn Roe, which it did. It's like these people are children who think they're still in school where they can push people in authority around because authority doesn't want to look bad. The problem here is you're not dealing with a principal, or school superintendent, or the president of some university; you are dealing with the Supreme Court and the US federal government, which cares more about its authority than it does about what you think of them as institutions.

You know what's funny? People preach about actions being unconstitutional yet cannot cite or have any rudimentary knowledge OF the Constitution in question.

Liberals saying something is unconstitutional is code for "this violates my tortured interpretation of the 14th Amendment."

Wuh woh, my libshit acquaintance who works at a FAANG is boohoo-ing over his jeet coworkers getting shitcanned over this.

Truly incredible how the libshit mind virus infects a good white man into crying over jeets
He's probably just pissed he'll have fewer scapegoats to blame when his own code breaks.

LMAO
>saying nigger is so offensive
>no shit retard that's why I said it
You just know this blew the reporter's mind. This reporter had a bad night after this interview. It went home, got drunk, and almost had decent, coherent human thoughts for the first time in its entire life, having had its eyes opened by a ornery old woman who just finally had enough of the monkeyshines at her favorite restaurant.

You know what's funny? People preach about actions being unconstitutional yet cannot cite or have any rudimentary knowledge OF the Constitution in question.
Just a reminder
The constitution:
1. Freedom of speech to say nigger. You can still get fired and stuff, but you can not be jailed by the feds for saying nigger. But that doesn't count towards threats.
2. Right to hold a ton of fucking guns. But you can't have an RPG, I think? Or some gun that shoots grenades or something sick like that.
3. Soldiers are not allowed to fart up your couch unless you invite them in, I think? But like vampires, once they are in, they jack off all over your couch.
4. You can't be searched if it's unreasonable. A ton of niggers don't understand "reasonable" and assume this means you can fist fight cops when looking inside your dodge.
5. You can't be self-incriminated - Which, means, when you type "I'm retarded" no one on web forums can call you un-ironically retarded.
6. Trials need to be fast - Fast being like, years or months? No one knows how this works because time doesn't exist.
7. You have the right to a jury trial for a civil case, but if you are white, it's all gonna be fat black women who want to see you die for making them do jury duty.
8. The feds can't charge you ten million zillon dollars for crimes. The state can, so this one doesn't really matter much.
9. No one knows how this one works. Something about it being illegal to make other legal things not legal? Scholars to this day are baffled by this one.
10. This says if the state and the fed don't control it, you do! But, alas, everything is controlled by the feds and the states so this one is retarded.
11. ? No one knows.
12. I think this one is about women getting the right to vote? Except women don't vote well and often just vote based on looks, so this one was a mistake.
13. Slavery isn't allowed! Unless it's a jeet on a H1B or an illegal mexican, then slavery is allowed.
14. If you are born in the US, you get to be a USA citizen. Alas, the founding fathers didn't know fat Mexicans would find this a loophole for free Buffalo Wild Wings.
15. Everyone can vote! Alas, this applied to niggers and therefore places like Chicago will suffer nonstop corruption forever.
16. ? No one knows? I think it's something about it being illegal to shame breakfast.
17 - 19: See above. These ones are not important.

And I think there is 30 more after that? But then are unimportant and gay, so no one cares.

It’s already “cheaper” to pay an Indian $8 an hour to do tech work remotely and yet they still paid six figure salaries and relocation costs to bring them here.

And the “best talent” can be brought in via a dozen other Visas.
The idea that the best talent in the world for ANYTHING would come from a nightmarish shithole like India is ridiculous on the face of it. These people are fucking useless.

they'll just look for another place to parasitize
britain, canada, NZ, autralia are the obvious targets, but maybe more will look at EU countries too? time will tell
I hope not Australia. I have dual citizenship and my mom's rinky dink town in the north outback is my exit strategy when all this current American bullshit hits the fan.

They're doing a combination of trying to run out the clock until the next administration (who will immediately withdraw any of the cases still in litigation) and trying to overload the SC's bandwidth by having so many cases they can't all be taken up and overturned.

There are a LOT of Indians. Some of them are going to be talented just as a consequence of variation.

There never has been a good Germany. Nazis were murderers. Weimar was just pedophilia and shit eating. Fuck Germany
Consistent worst takes guy has another bad take.
I drive two towns away to get gas because I won't give money to the shithead Indian that owns my local gas stations. He's a smug faggot that treats his workers like shit and doesn't even try to be a part of the community.
I do the same thing, except its not that far for me. The pajeetstation overcharges for everything, and even though the building is brand new they run it terribly.
