I disagree, his arms look like the arms you get just by existing and knowing what he considers "hard work" he has probably bought some dumbbells, done 2 curls, and thrown them down panting, thinking he just killed it. He thinks power walking is like running a triathlon. So he probably thinks doing a few curls is going to turn him into Ronnie Coleman in a week.
