Charlie Kirk: Aftermath, Gravedancing, and Manhunt

Seeing Robinson just staring out blankly into his death during the video arraignment was just so insanely bleak... like I don't know what's going to happen to the world. A man is dead, his neck fucking exploded to serve a retard's idea of a righteous cause. Extremism is just evil for causing this. Fuck the internet, we need to go back to looking people in the eye when you disagree with them.
I get it, but dead eyed killer and so on have been around before the internet. In fact pretty much all big serial killers have been from the 60s to 90s and mostly seem to have dropped off for now.

Now they just shoot schools or nice guys doing debates I guess.

The video of this is nauseating. I hope that guy does us all a favor and fucking kills himself, because the alternative is he’ll be killing one or more of us.

I can’t reiterate this strongly enough: They are calling us genocidal so that murdering us will be seen as heroic.
How is this monkey in college? If he doesn't get expelled for this, it will be for selling drugs in the dorms or sexual assault. Take solace, he'll be in and out of prison until he gets caught lacking by one of his ops.

People are free to express their opinions just like we are free to hold them accountable for those opinions. Turns out when the opinion is "YESS HE DIED WHO'S NEXT WOOOO" it sounds a lot like hoping for more violence against those you don't like and nobody should be surprised when society at large says that's not acceptable.

Just going to post this image. Since this is very accurate.

Technically far right extremism defined correctly would also be far left extremism. But the issue is many people who are center right are called far right extremists. Hence why the far-right extremist meme here depicts just a normal street preacher and not an actual far-right extremist.

The idea extremists are all the same isn't wrong. We can look through history at actual far-right extremism and will notice the same patterns of far-left extremist. But the idea the right has the same amount or more compared to the left is patently false and absurd.

A good way to put this. If in one year 10,000 far-left extremists engage in riots which kill 100 people and that same year 1 far-right extremist kills his parents. Both are violent mentally deranged people. But one clearly has more crazy people who would pillage and murder on its side. Or as JD Vance puts it "the 1% of crazies we have is far too many, but compared to the 10% of crazies you have the both sides ism of this is clearly skewed towards your side." In that example we also have 10,000 far-leftists engage in pillaging and murdering people they don't even know vs 1 far-right extremist who killed more people but also had some personal knowledge of who his victims were.

This isn't something far-left extremists don't also do, but the ability to engage in violent mobs where your targets and victims are mostly unknown is also evidence of far more extremists on one side than the other. An extremist killing their parents means they feel alone, a group of extremists killing a random store clerk is evidence of a larger group of people backing them up.

In other words, right wing people disavow their extremists which leads to violence that while horrific is also personal, while left wing people embrace them which leads to the same horrific violence, but far more planned and mundane.

This guy is probably gonna get a lot of shit, even with 3k posts.

It's rare to see someone like this on DU. "Being employed no matter how you act isn't a God given right'" That's blasphemy there.

That's probably the most normal/based post I've ever seen on that insane place.

I can't imagine going through that, period- let alone so publicly and having to be the face of your husband's legacy instantly.

It's harsh. I've said it before but goddamn, I feel for Erika so bad (:_(
When my dad died it was quick and not wholly unexpected because of his age. I think he went out the kind of way he would have wanted to. But I still have dreams where he appears and I think to myself "where've you been this whole time, old man?" and it's reassuring to me whenever it occurs. I cannot imagine what the poor lady and her kids are going through in comparison. I had an ugly cry about the whole situation a couple of days after the murder.

It's true, we will always have crazies trying to take shots at prominent politicians.

With that in mind, it seems to me that the real problem here is that Charlie Kirk and his team at TPUSA underestimated how significant a political figure he really had become, and what that meant in terms of his being a target. Let's face it, Charlie Kirk was a kingmaker in helping JD Vance get seleced as VP, and he arguably was the single most important person in helping Trump get re-elected. As such, he was probably one of the Top 5 most important people in the Trump orbit. He really ought to have increased his security accordingly. Of course hindsight is 20/20, but either Charlie's people or the Trump people ought to have realized this.

Anyway, just a thought that occurred to me.

Every ad from Gavin Newsom for 2028 should just be met with still images of Robinson, the Ukrainian girl's murderer, etc etc etc.

once you talk about aliens controlling our government I'll never look at you the same. Even if you're a great and smart guy.

Funny thing about Mark Dice: he is an online defender of David Icke. During the Bush and Obama administrations, he said that when people talk about aliens controlling the government, they are actually using that as a way not to get arrested for criticizing Israel and Islamic immigration in the UK and EU. That’s why most reptilian shapeshifter believers tend to come out of Europe.

The lefto rags will gently tiptoe towards the 'If you spread hate, you have to expect violence will happen' narrative starting the next news cycle. Especially the Guardian.
I genuinely hope these people die.
The only way the concept of free speech works in practice is if it applies even to people whose views are ugly, ignorant, vile, even hateful — people like Charlie Kirk, the right-wing activist who was just shot and killed in Utah for reasons that are still not clear.
Yes, journoscum, we may never know what convinced people Charlie needed to die. These pieces of shit doing anything to run cover for their base.

In a democracy, there can be no justification for a political assassination or the use of violence to eliminate an adversary, as was the case with Kirk. It is morally wrong. Moreover, if the intention of the killer was to fight fascism, it was politically counterproductive.

Irrespective of what crossed the assassin’s mind, he has given the global far right a martyr they can venerate and an opportunity to stand as champions of free speech.

But nobody is under an obligation to mourn someone who said detestable things, who lacked any sense of empathy, and who actively spouted misinformation about climate change and vaccines.

Far-right parties even expected a minute of silence in the European Parliament to honour the memory of their icon.
Let’s be clear here about who we are talking about.

This chap called for a Nuremberg-style trial for every gender-affirming clinic doctor. He argued that “some gun deaths every single year” are worth having “so that we can have the Second Amendment to protect our other God-given rights.” He called on women “to submit to their husbands.”

He asserted that it is a fact that there are “prowling Blacks who go around for fun to go target white people.” He called civil rights martyr Martin Luther King an “awful person.” He even described the Civil Rights Act, which banned discrimination on the basis of race and segregation, as “a huge mistake.” Disturbingly, for him, empathy “is a made-up, new age term that does a lot of damage.”

Of course, Kirk should not have been killed for saying these things. But while I condemn the assassination I would never mourn someone who said these things. One can feel sorry for his family for their loss, but it stops there. For sure, the European Parliament or any official body should never honour him.
I genuinely want these people jobless and tarred and feathered.
Even though I'm glad all of these demons are getting reported for rejoicing the violent murder of a guy who did nothing wrong, I still think the idea of preventing someone from ever making money again by having the wrong opinions is pretty gay.
I don't want them in my society whatsoever. Bro, cheering on someone who was murdered for engaging in respectful debate means they are our ENEMIES. Fuck are they going to use that money for, donating to left-wing rags that will continue demonizing us normies?

I feel like Kirk could've been a president, for sure.

Unfortunately any conservative doing any kind of appearance in public with a roof within 500+ yards needs those places manned/droned. If that's not a lesson after Trump and this, nothing else is. That's one of the things that pisses me off the most, it's really, really close to Trump's situation all over in the mechanics.

Or just put up ballistic glass.

Maddox is sperging out at Scott Adams and insisting Charlie was a POS. (Link goes to last tweet in thread this far.) I’m pissed Adams even bothered responding to that ugly zilch.
"Why is it when people quote anything "good" he has said, it's never out of context, but if anyone quotes anything bad he's said (which is a lot), it's always out of context?"

I'm trying to wrap my head around how a "good" quote could be taken out of context. What a disingenuous argument from that washed up chump.
