Probably not guilty of anything if you fail to report. Misprison of felony is not an easy crime to get a conviction for. As per United States v. Johnson (5th Cir. 1977), a misprison of felony conviction under 18 U.S.C. § 4 requires "affirmative steps to conceal the crime of the principals". I don't believe Utah has a misprison of felony statute of its own.
