Afaik he's never mentioned it on camera. The scant few times he's "referenced" it that I know of are Marky being on a list of naughty words written down at Fishtank HQ and the photos of him standing next to the two young guys who secretly wore shirts with her face on it to a standup show.

Edit: On Fishtank there was at least one successful TTS that used the word "marquis" to slip through the filter while Sam was on camera, which I thought was very clever word play.

The only things sort of missing from the OP rewrite are Sam's business controversies (secretly recording Don Jolly's firing, Charls's schizo meltdown about Sam in the middle east, James Price's video of his firsthand experiences with Sam confirming some of the things Charls said) but otherwise very thorough.

Personally I wasn't a huge fan of that podcast. I just think the bit got old really quickly. And it wasn't the kind of funny that made it worth the watch time. But it was definitely not a gorilla nest moment. Just a meh bit.
