Another easier solution could be turning off the HRT tap. End all government funding for trans related medical expenses. Ban all trans procedures for everyone under 18, and then make trans surgery, trans hormones, etc. 100% elective surgery. If you want to be trans, all costs involved have to be paid out of pocket. No Medicaid or Medicare or other subsidization.
