If it weren't for that, I'd have assumed this was some kind of alt he just uses for gaming or something, especially because of the name which, I've seen a handful of new / burner accounts with similar names. focusing on discord (and reddit and whatever other platform) is bait.
it doesn't accomplish anything. these platforms aren't special, spying on and logging all their users actions isn't something they should be doing in the first place, and most importantly they're easily replaced.
before discord there were mumble, ventrilo, teamspeak, and irc. before reddit there were forums and imagebaords. locking down or taking over either one of them just makes people go to the next best thing instead. complete waste of time to try and crack down on them.

what needs to be focused on instead is the colleges and universities, the NGOs and foundations, and the media and entertainment industries. that's where the heart of the problem lies.
