I can see there being legitimate fear from them. They live around downtown LA, not rural Wyoming or something, and there are a lot of crazies in that area. Plus all the "Kill all our enemies, but in a video game, wink wink" from people like Hasan, it's not out of the realm that somebody could take things too far. It's not that long ago that a pro-Palestine psycho shot up an Israeli embassy, for example.
There could be some legitimate concern there (although I think misplaced - it's more people like Hasan who are political streamers that do IRL streams that should be worried; Ethan's increasingly an irrelevant troll and isn't likely to be a target). Mostly though, he clearly has the mindset of "don't let a good crisis go to waste". He's leapfrogging from the Charlie Kirk stuff to "I'm scared for me and my family's safety" to "we're going to be targeted by Snarkers" in the hopes it's another angle to stop people saying mean things about him on the internet.

There's been a very dramatic development this week. AB, who's the Lebanese guy on the crew, claimed Anisa and her husband were threatening to blackmail him. This was apparently prompted by Anisa and her husband saying "fuck AB" on one of their streams. AB claimed he was getting blackmailed by iDubbz because he'd mentioned he was considering quitting H3 (there's been no public mention of this before AB said it) and they'd been DM'ing every day for at least a year. iDubbz announced he had no intention of releasing their DMs. AB then doubled down, stating there'd be more iDubbz revelations and claiming that Anisa was a "fucking monster" who was horribly bullying Olivia over text. Specifically, that Anisa had recently sent an incredibly nasty message to Olivia (which is why Olivia was taking a mental health break), so in response Anisa tweeted this out, explaining these were the last messages she'd sent:

Hey Olivia I know things have gotten really messy but I'm too old to allow a man to bully women in the way Ethan is. The only thing I care about after everything I've gone through in life is protecting women, including myself and you. I know you're in an abusive toxic situation and I love and care about you as a person but I have to set a boundary for both of our sake. I hope one day you can see that it's out of real care and love. I will be honest that when I saw you chiming in it did hurt me and it is what really pushed me to set this boundary for myself. I hope you can understand and I hope you put yourself and women everywhere first. You're a smart girl you just have to believe in yourself. Take care for now and I will be hear [sic] if things change <3
[reply redacted]
I really appreciate the apology <3 I'm doing ok, I hope you're well too
So the sort of over-therapised condescending performative feminist message you'd expect from Anisa, but really nothing bad.
This caused AB to completely freak out on his stream (he was streaming when she tweeted this) visibly shaking, and he then announced to his stream that Olivia had messaged to say she was going to kill herself. His chat (followers only) was very displeased with him broadcasting that about Olivia and he ended the stream temporarily
ej2ldywwtnof1.webp hpaw9zwwtnof1.webp
He later came back on to say that Olivia was fine and he "overreacted". Ethan screenshotted Anisa's tweet and lambasted her; Anisa took down the tweet out of respect for Olivia (Ethan did not take down his screenshot of the tweet) and responded that she wasn't dragging Olivia into this, AB was, and she was merely defending herself from accusations.

When quizzed by Ethan on how iDubbz could blackmail him, AB basically said something along the lines of "not blackmail, but they said they wouldn't be friends with me any more if I didn't quit the show". However there's clearly something in these messages that both AB and Olivia are very scared of being revealed. This might just be continual complaints about Ethan or it might be that they've broken their NDA. The more terminally online snarkers are speculating that AB and Olivia helped iDubbz make his Ethan Klein Content Cop by sharing insider information (plausible but unlikely) or even that AB/Olivia were actually the ones who called CPS (insane).

Of course Ethan is facing stimulant induced paranoia. Thinking that someone is out to kill you is a very common meth addict delusion. I still very much believe that most of this is brought about by Ethan abusing stimulants. There's so much that points to it, and booger sugar is notoriously easy to come by in wealthy circles, that's probably on top of abusing adderall too. His mannerisms and apperance are starting to remind me of Rekieta at the advent of his coke arc. Coke, CPS, Lawyers? I think I've heard this one before. The only logical conclusion is they're also in some kind of open relationship as well.

If Ethan were smart (I mean, obviously he isn't, so...) he'd fire most of his crew (maybe keep the big hairy sound guy? he seems to stay out of drama & just do his job). Why is Ethan employing people who are friends with his literal enemy that makes videos targeting him/his businesses/his family/is probably antisemitic (or at least, hates Ethan's wife for being an Israeli?)? I mean, most of the fans hate the crew anyway/complain about how they frequently keep Ethan from telling funny jokes & being based. Heck, on the H3 subreddit back in the day, Olivia used to be notorious for being hated when compared to the other H3 girl who left (Samantha?) was way more popular. Also, Olivia was known for having bad encounters with fans IRL who asked her for pictures/telling them to fuck off (in her defense, I'd imagine

Also, I've been side-eyeing AB ever since the whole October 7th Hasan falling out. Like a lot of sandn#ggers (doesn't matter if AB's a halfbreed - he's still Muslim), post-October 7th AB went full "durkadurka goatfucking jihad!" mode, and started wearing keffiyahs on the h3 set/posting all the time about Palestine, all while Ethan & Hila were receiving death-threats/called babykilling kikes by Muslims (and lefty Muslim simps) online.

Personally - my gut feeling is that AB/Lena were involved with the Content Cop - that's why when Ethan found out about the video going live, Lena faked a "panic attack" on set that AB had to go help her with in the bathroom - they didn't want to look Ethan in the eye after betraying him.

Wait, is California a right work state? Maybe Ethan can't fire his employees for being Hamas-siding useless Muslim snakes? 🤔

Hila might be evil but she is also a dedicated mother and is loyal to Ethan, while also never humiliating him or pulling any Anisa shit.

Having an evil wife who is loyal to you is a pretty big flex.

Back in the Frenemies era (note: as I've said previously on this thread, I was a Frenemies/Trisha-stan, so my knowledge of Ethan & Hila is mostly from back than) I remember Hila always staunchly siding with Ethan/supporting him & his opinions (no matter how wrong they may be). I remember thinking her "ride or die" loyalty to Ethan was somewhat sweet. & rather hilarious in comparison to her brother Moses' dynamic with Trisha - who'd fight with Moses until he agreed with her.

Ethan may be an idiot, but he was definitely smart when he chose the woman he married.

Like, who is buying this? It looks like kid’s clothes made for spergy millenial women 🥱

I think you've answered your own question perfectly.

My only other thought is that it's a money laundering front. I don't believe that it is, but I could see the Israeli's using it as a way to funnel money to Ethan. There's enough there for me to believe it's an actual business and sells merchandise to regular people, but there are a few things that they sell that are so gaudy and have such a ridiculous markup (well beyond what normal people pay to buy brandname apparel) that I could believe only exist so that some Israeli NGO can order a few boxes of them that are later shipped back as a fresh set of new replacements from the factory and the whole process can be repeated. Something like that would be child's play for a country that managed to have explosives planted in the pagers of a major terrorist organization that was already being exceptionally careful about operational security.

Well, partially because that particular enemy was his friend about 6 months ago. Pretty much all the content creators (and their audiences) Ethan is publicly feuding with were people he was trying to court. Most of his crew are just... leftovers :tomgirl: from that time. It's a bit surprising Ethan hasn't gone full night of the long knives on his crew, but he predominately believes all the backlash he's getting is the result of a planned snark conspiracy coordinated by Hasan, so he's probably overlooking the fact his crew like these people (since they can't be part of the snarker conspiracy).

Keeping AB, a token Arab (Lebanese) pro-Palestine guy, around also helps deflect criticism of Ethan's Zionism in the same way Ethan accuses Hasan of doing with Anti-Zionist Jews like Sam Seder. It does explain why Ethan still has him on team when it seems like Ethan quite dislikes AB - just look at that button malfunction moment.

Teddy Fresh is a real business. I wouldn't be shocked if Hila had managed to attract grants from Zionist orgs for being a Zionist Israeli business owner, and a lot of it was getting propped up from H3 income in the early days. However they definitely were making money at some point. You've got to remember they're targeting Gen Z streetwear aesthetic. If you look at some lookbooks from comparable brands a couple of years ago
mordechai-fw24-1.webp mordechai-ss21.webp 12-7-545x750.webp LAZYOAFnew-545x750.webp 4H0A6821_copy_1000x.webp 4H0A6935_copy_1000x.webp COLLECTION_06_1000x.webp COLLECTION_05_1000x.webp RipNDipImages-10-scaled.webp Summer21hovers_0134_027A0730_1024x1024.webp E3SRq7UWUAE7eyu.webp adidas-gucci-collaboration-lookbook-products-prices-6.webp MTg5MzgyNTc3MDU0OTUxMzky.webp A7627C87-164F-412F-BA08-1474EF12B87E.webp
you can see how some of Teddy Fresh's designs fit into that milieu (indeed, the cats one is Rip'N'Dip which Teddy Fresh actually did a collab with). Doubly so when you consider some of Teddy Fresh's designers were specifically ripped off from other fashion houses (like Gucci). I've specifically picked 2020-2022; some of this is stuff is starting to look a bit dated but Teddy Fresh is more or less continuing in that vein.

They also benefited from a loyal fanbase of H3 fans (who bought Teddy Fresh as merch) and then also managed to get a small following of people who fixated on Teddy Fresh as their special interest and would buy pretty much anything from them. If you look on the Teddy Fresh reddit now, you'll get the idea. Their high profile brand collabs (Hila seems to have had an in with WildBrain CPLG) also attracted some positive press.

One other aspect is despite claims otherwise, they're a fast fashion company manufactured in China. ImportYeti has a breakdown here, although they learned what manifest confidentiality was in October 2022 so the data's pretty sparse after that. Their largest supplier is Markable, a conglomerate of Chinese manufacturing facilities that supply the likes of ASOS. There were some scandals that came out at various points (besides the plagiarism), like they had "machine crochet caps" that turned out to be hand crochet hats, which means it was 100% done in sweatshop conditions.

The problem TeddyFresh has now is that it's inseparable from H3 and the Kleins, so they've managed to alienate a lot of their loyal consumer base. That and the tariffs would not be leading to a long term positive outlook, and is likely part of the reason they had their first ever sample sale recently.
Didn't Hasan recently allude to Hila being a valid target? I think Ethan and people like him should indeed be terrified of his fellow ideologues.
Not exactly. He said that for Palestinians on the West Bank, IDF soldiers who were currently antagonising them were valid military targets "even if they're the wife of your favourite podcaster". That's not really the same as saying "Hila Klein is a valid military target" (more "she would have been one when she was conducting raids") and was an unnecessary off colour shitty little joke. Ethan however likes to seize anything he can to paint himself as a terrified victim of gangstalkers. From his last stream, he reacted to Anisa tweeting out "oh stfu and go clutch your pearls on an extended vacation you ozempic ridden windbag", and managed to parse "go on an extended vacation" into "Anisa is making death threats about me"

I quite enjoy Dan telling Ethan that ChatGPT is making his paranoia worse. But anyway, if we take Ethan's logic at face value then he's made so many death threats over the years. Someone managed to dig up a clip from Leftovers of him joking about killing Charlie Kirk supporters

Outside of Leftovers, Ethan's not and has never been a political streamer. He talks a lot about political streamers and political journalists, but that's largely in service of his personal feuds (which is why he calls it "warzone" content). He also covers some current events. But nobody's tuning into the H3 show for political commentary. People don't view Ethan as a subversive commentator, they're mostly disgusted/exasperated with him. The biggest threat to his safety is probably anti-paedophile vigilantes.

But that's being very generous to what Hasan said to a point that begs belief, considering that the claim is that all isrealis are valid military targets because they all serve in the military. Hasan has himself in the past defended attack to civilians because everything is allowed when you are resisting for your existence according to his reasoning. There's no Ethan seizing on it. You are just too fixed on Ethan being a bad person to go to the lengths to cover over Hasan hating jews with a passion, and being a supporter of violence, and then you hand wave the allusion to Hila as just a joke. Just a prank bro. Ethan and other leftists like him are most likely not safe in public, because they are supposedly participants of a genocide, and it is a bit dishonest to pretend that's not the case, and that Hasan was just winky winky joking.

But that's just it? Doesn't Ethan realize nothing he could do will be good enough for his critics? He's a rich Jew, & they're braindead socialists who think all Muslims are innocent uwu oppressed colonized brown people 🙄.

Ethan needs to just accept that Muslims and their white shitlib supporters are retarded, terrorist supporting goatfuckers - they'll never make up a majority of his viewership. Instead of self-flagellating for months on end to prove to sandnigger's that he's the rare "good Jew" Ethan should just ignore the haters/drama & continue making content.

It's a bit surprising Ethan hasn't gone full night of the long knives on his crew, but he predominately believes all the backlash he's getting is the result of a planned snark conspiracy coordinated by Hasan
??? Wow, Ethan is dumb/got taqiyya'ed good. Ethan & Hila's harassment is not an elaborate Hasan orchestrated conspiracy (he seems too dumb to do that. I mean, if he ran the snarksub he'd have showboated about it by now) . Muslims are just antisemitic AF & hate on Jews 'cause their skitzo pedo prophet got scammed by a Jew or something a thousand years ago. Ethan's opinion on Israel & Palestine is irrelevant, his last name is Klein, he is Jewish - Muslims are going to hate on him - a lot of Hasan's fans are Muslims. It's simple as that.

considering that the claim is that all isrealis are valid military targets because they all serve in the military.
That’s not the claim. The claim was IDF soldiers conducting a night raid in the West Bank are valid targets. Ethan himself has said anyone doing that should be considered terrorists. Which implies that Ethan thinks they would be valid targets since they are terrorists.

Ethan's paranoia, faux-paranoia and/or stimulant abuse is contagious, as AB is claiming he has to keep his curtains drawn in case a sniper shoots him and his wife through the window

He's also been rambling incoherently how he's simultaneously "from the streets" but also "Dearborn royalty".
