If his IQ is actually 87, that is considered Low Normal, thus no excuse. Even 80 would place him in very mild intellectual disability. Either way, people in that IQ range can have jobs that aren't too complex, they can usually live on their own (with someone to check in on them once in awhile). nope , an IQ of 80 is still average, to be considered mildly retarded, the IQ has to be between 70 to about 50 to 55, and the person has to have significant challenges in functional skills and adaptive skills and all of this must be consistent from childhood and schooling years. no matter how Andrew ditch spins things, his history clearly shows he was always pretty average for the most part, he was not delayed in multiple areas in learning processing and overall development.

i feel that, i understand wanting to help, and a family should TRY to help a mentally unstable family member; but i have in fact been there, i had some relatives who were druggies and had mental health issues on top of that (2 different cousins) and once they started stealing from us and their immediate family plus being abusive in general, yes, we all cut them out because they were causing harm to other family and household members, its not easy, but sometimes its what needs to happen to maintain the safety and health and well-being of the other family members, and subjecting poor joe and his own wife to that prolonged abuse even after a few extra chances, i understand giving someone a 2nd or even a 3rd chance, but after so much, you have to think about whats best for everyone else, and your own sanity so yes i do have some experience with this situation.

There are several studies that show that autistic people have a higher rate of some type of incontinence; usually nocturnal urination. Andy probably saw that during his researching into Autism and decided to embrace it to its fullest, is my guess.

He doesn't experience hallucinations and I think it's only the doctors being charitable toward him to define his munching as delusions. He doesn't cycle; he doesn't experence periods of mania or depression. What could be loosely interpreted as mania is just his single-minded devotion to advancing and protecting his LARP. He is clearly malingering for his fetish and his inherent sadism. He knows he isn't disabled; he pretends to be. You can see it in how he loses his baby voice and starts advancing legal arguments and citing disability law when he's upset, or how his 'inability to do his ADLS' disappears except in acts of spite. He is not schizophrenic or schizoaffective and suggesting he's such is detrimental and insulting to people who actually suffer with those disorders, because they're severely mentally ill and cannot help themselves whereas the only suffering Andy experiences is at his own fat, bloated hand and he perversely enjoys it.

Nobody was ever caught for the 'crime'. You know how Andy is constantly trying to pursue perceived wrongdoers from way back in his past? Not a peep, EVER, about catching his supposed hit and run driver.

His injuries? Incredibly minor. Chances are, you've had worse injuries falling off from a bicycle. He had minor contusions and scrapes. He didn't even spent a half day in the hospital. They gave him aspirin and told him to move along.
