A good leader understands that he's not always the smartest man in the room. He knows the strengths and weaknesses of his subordinates, he knows how to select and build a team that can operate without his constant direct intervention. He knows when to step back and let members of his team take the lead in areas of their expertise.

Patel is Indian. All of these concepts are complete anathema to his character.

He is smarter than everyone, and will always try to prove it.

He does not care about the strengths and weaknesses of his subordinates, he gives the order and they do it, no matter how unrealistic or unreasonable, and then he takes all the credit for whatever results they achieve.

He not only does not want, but actively fears a team that can operate without his constant meddling, for if he is not essential, his job security is not ensured.

He will not step back, he will substitute his lack of genuine qualification with overcompensating bravado and constantly butt himself into everything. He needs to be involved in everything, so that no opportunity to take credit can slip past him.

Anyone in the tech sector who has worked with these people knows I speak truth. Patel has been and will continue to be a disaster for the Trump administration until he is removed from his position. He will not improve, he cannot be fixed.

Sorry but Bernie's video is shit. It started out with the right idea but putting Jan 6 and Paul Pelosi (not even political violence) on the same level as trying to kill Trump or successfully killing Kirk just makes my blood boil. Only one side of the American political spectrum over the last decade has been openly, with no repercussions, calling for the death of the other side and then actually taking the initiative to do it.

Personally I don't put nearly that much stock in Funoshincel and basically entirely ignore Skye. I'm more interested in the Steam friend group, people who we know for a fact had connections with Robbinson and Twiggs, and who all attempted to cover up their profiles within the hour of their accounts being thrown around ITT, before they received any attention on their accounts from people messaging them (at least publicly).
