People's jobs shouldn't hinge on the opinion of an aggressive drunk such as Hegseth.
Provably, demonstrably false. As an employee of any organization, you are literally being paid to do what they tell you, express their opinions and otherwise keep your fucking mouth shut. It's right there in the agreement you enter into (and sign) with them when you start. You have every right to refuse to enter into that agreement if you feel you can't hold your tongue while on the job. People don't even harbor ill will for that -- you're generally afforded respect if you refuse an employment offer because you can't stomach the opinions of your would-be employer.

Sweetie.

ngl I'm seriously missing a lot of the posters that got banned.
Double edged sword. The usual arguments aside, they're terminally online and tend to get the newest of news to us ASAP, but right now details are still surfacing fast enough in conflicting ways that it easily turns into a confused mess of talking past each other because of information fragmentation.

Not true for Federal employees and some licensed employees. You can't do things that break the law, even if daddy boss throws a poopy pants tantrum. Some of the people being sacked were doing what their previous boss told them. Unless they did it in an unprofessional, corrupt, or partisan manner they don't deserve to be messed with. The Federal government has OPM and Agency standards for social media use. If the social media use was acceptable per the written standards there is no cause for termination.
No employment agreement has words to the effect of "keep your fucking mouth shut".

They are some of the most iconic faces of this place. They are always here. I was gone for months and when I came back they were all still here.
It just feels weird without them. Feels like a different place. Something's missing.

It's like coming home but all of a sudden most of your furniture got changed. It's not the same place.

Everything happening now is proof voting matters.

If Kamala was president, she'd be
  • trying to memoryhole what happened
  • making it about the nebulous "climate of violence"
  • moving on as quickly as possible
  • indirectly/not so indirectly blaming Charlie Kirk for being murdered
There wouldn't even be a chance for legitimate change. Some in the present administration are retards, but they answer to us.

Also, there is no moral equivalency whatsoever between canceling someone for their "political incorrectness" and the literal tacit endorsement of murder and political terrorism. No one who normalizes murder as a legitimate means to express dissent against a pundit deserves any form of livelihood, period. Any dole they receive (from the standpoint of a Christian belief system which believes in forgiveness) should be accompanied by the kind of banter my old coworker convicted of embezzlement typically received, a constant reminder he's lucky to have what he has after what he did.

Fun fact, Irons starred in a Dungeons&Dragon movie that bombed harshly, and was later asked by a reporter why he took the role. He famously replied with "Well, I had just bought a castle in Ireland and I had to pay for it somehow."
And he is widely regarded as the best fucking part of that otherwise awful movie, hamming it up even harder than Jack Palance (the Patron Saint of Scenery Chewing). You could tell he was just fucking loving every minute of it too, and I bet it lifted everyone's spirits during the production too -- they had to know they were making a stinker.

Interesting Tim Dillon podcast. Not familiar with the guest, but they're both leaning heavily into the Israel angle. Personally, even though I'm no fan of Israel/jews, I still follow occams razor and assume it's just some deranged covid brain-damaged discord groomed faggot.

Saw that one, it was good. Not sure it was MOSSAD but they laid out good points.

I think the younger and more retarded leftists ( many of whom aren't that young) have no idea the pandoras box they're opening and how poorly it will go for them. Meanwhile many of the "adults" in the room with them do. And the latter is watching in absolute wide eyed horror as they try to reel in the monster they created, possibly without realizing it.

This entire year has been one whitepill after the next, but even so the degree to which this is getting talked about is really blowing my mind. We know from many examples that the media is capable of burying things like this even when trump the right shines a light on it. But every update on it has been front page on my google news app from every news outlet since it happened. Even my normie friends all know about it.

Something has given the moderate left a reality check.

They are years overdue for a serious Sister Souljah moment. They need to rebuke the far left without spending 60% or more of their time rebuking the right. Nobody has the stature to do it but Obama. He won't do it.

Funny thing about the stinker is it only stuck in theaters; it is actually a pretty good pocket fantasy story that isn't Lord of the Rings, ie it is approachable.

The party has to know that the trans issue is ballot box poison for them. There's no easy way for them to untangle themselves from the issue, but pretending that there's nothing wrong with trans people and that they're heckin' valid just prolongs the party's suffering. Expect a repeat of COVID where a lot of people suddenly have no knowledge of having ever supported troons or how everyone else should get over them insisting for years that it was okay for men to be on women's sports teams and in their locker rooms.

If they're not there yet, they will be after midterms. Troons aren't going to stop being insane and unhinged between now and then. As the public becomes more and more aware of them, the overall acceptance will crater along with the political fortunes of anyone foolish enough to tie themselves to the trans cause. It's not a question of whether or not there will be another troon-related national incident between now and then, but a matter of how long before the next one happens.

I wasn’t hear for the great banning, tell me who all was banned?

I miss Hey Johnny Bravo and Otterly, but we must soldier on without them for now, I suppose. The ban is only for a week. I've been banned for a week before. I didn't like it but I guess them's the breaks until I want to start my own free speech website.

Watching boomers try to still keep this "groyper" thing up that they learned about yesterday is hilarious. "No you don't understand, these video game groypers use these terms ironically, if you understood the youth culture you'd understand this," say 65 year old grannies on Facebook.

They have this whole culture of super small chunks of memetically transmitted information circulating from high-engagement users, where they just repeat like parrots whatever the little quote or talking point is. Any attempt at refutation is met with something about how you just don't know the real sources that show this was totally a right-winger, in spite of all the law enforcement officers and NYT and NYP reporting to the contrary.

Lol
Lmao even
This post was already reported by right wingers because they are scared and don't yet realize that they are experiencing the same fear the South did after John Brown attacked Harper's Ferry, bursting the bubble that they were not touchable.

So, from this article we have the supposed proof Robinson's roommate is trans. It would be laughable if they weren't trying to cause people to arm up and kill trans people.

CHARLIE Kirk's suspected killer was spotted kissing his transgender partner just two weeks before the assassination, The Sun can reveal.

Tyler Robinson, 22, had reportedly been living with his unidentified lover at a home in Utah.

The partner is said to be fully cooperating with the FBI on its investigation into the shooting of the conservative activist Kirk.

Robinson's neighbor Josh Kemp, 18, confirmed the alleged gunman was in a relationship with his roommate who he described as "weird".

Kemp said: "I saw them holding hands.
They drove off in Tyler's car. It was about two weeks ago.

"They looked like they were a couple and he was dressed all in black.

"I thought he was weird because of the way he walked and I've never seen anyone dressed like that. He was wearing a mask.

"I believed he was transitioning because I heard them talking about a doctor's appointment."

The 22-year-old suspect recently moved into a smart condo with a wreath on the door in a complex which includes a hot tub, swimming pool, fitness centre and walking trails.

The property is five miles from his family home, and there is a vehicle parked in the numbered space.

Sources told the New York Post that the partner was transitioning from male to female.

Text messages and other communications the transgender individualexchanged with Robinson reportedly helped cops catch the accused assassin.

It comes after authorities revealed on Friday that a "roommate" had helped the investigation by revealing messages from a contact named "Tyler".

The same contact described bullet casings with similar "meme" messages found to those at the scene, and discussed the “need to retrieve a rifle from a drop point".

Kirk, the 31-year-old Trump ally and co-founder of Turning Point USA, was fatally shot in the neck on Wednesday while addressing students at Utah Valley University.

The last question he was ever asked was: "Do you know how many transgender Americans have been mass shooters over the last 10 years?"

Kirk was one of the most popular young conservative figures in America - and his death latest in a storm of political violence that has swept the US.

Utah governor Spencer Cox called the attack a "dark chapter" and a "watershed moment" for American politics.

And it comes off the back of shocking cases such as the attempted assassination of President Trump last July, and the killing of Democrat state rep Melissa Hortman.

With no official motive - both sides are now scrambling to distance themselves from college dropout Robinson as people try to piece together his politics.

But in the most definitive statement yet, Gov. Cox told the Wall Street Journal: "It’s very clear to us and to the investigators that this was a person who was deeply indoctrinated with leftist ideology."

The picture emerging of the assassin paints him as quiet and geeky - seemingly not someone who was overtly politically engaged.

Friends describe him as loving video games, spending time on Reddit, and at the press conference yesterday it was confirmed he used the chat service Discord.

Robinson, 22, who was raised a Mormon, was taken into custody on Thursday night near his family home in southern Utah.

The shooting of Kirk was immediately dubbed a "political assassination" - and quickly saw Trump and his allies rage against the "radical left".

The former student comes from a Trump-supporting family and had a conservative and gun-loving upbringing, but one pal said he was "left wing".

And meanwhile messages he allegedly wrote on bullets have been linked to both anti-fascist causes and online meme culture.

The connections to the irreverent humor led some to speculate he could have been linked to the alt-right Groyper movement.

The article in which a pal said he was "left wing" has been retracted by the Guardian. Discord has stated the discord chats were fabricated. Gov Cox statement that he was "deeply indoctrinated by left wing ideology" is due to the bullet casings, which were very clearly from someone seeped in gaming culture and quite possible, Groyper 4 Chan, etc sites. The roommate did not turn him in, his father and family pastor did.

id be happy if boomers stop ruining this planet give young people a chance to clean their mess up considering boomers refuse to do that.

These people want me dead, I don't care if the rules get bent a little bit to fire them. Maybe they should kill themselves if they don't like it.
