I'm actually pro gun as well, admittedly because its a hobby of mine, the self-defense argument is a much more feasible and understandable point to make, if we want to stem public opinion on the side of keeping our firearms, make sure we sound like reasonable people with reasonable concerns, we do not want to sound like a bunch of deranged loonies who are willing to let some people die just to keep firearms, people value real human lives over guns you know.
