Gonna miss her because she actually made sense.
It's a week ban.
My new profile text is a direct quote from Null. For posterity because I'm sure I'll change it soon enough, it says "Otterly simps are fucking fags btw". I was surprisedly asking about her ban on his profile.
Well, that's unexpected. I guess he only simps for the beauty parlor childless weirdo types.

However, I will virtually guarantee that the radical left is getting wise to the point to start including false flag messaging in their bullet casing or other methods. They already tried arguing it today, as insane as it sounds in retrospect, but now they are 100% aware of the perception and how to manipulate it. And there's no level these people won't stoop to to win. I'm worried we will see a rise in literal false flag attacks perpetuated by one insane person.
You can't false flag when only one side is calling for the death of the victim. The only way a false flag works in this scenario is when its a rightist killing another rights for being to moderate/extreme, and making it look like liberals/progressives did it. Or vice versa in any other.

The murder of State senator Hortman for example could've work as a false flag by the far left if the shooter hadn't been caught, and identified as a democrat.

Disagree. An AR-10 chambered in .308 could produce similar, if not better results given, A) gun is of quality manufacture, and B) the shooter is proficient with their firearm. The advantage of semi-auto over bolt is rapid follow up shots. Even an AR-15 chambered in .223/5.56 is a better option than an old bolt gun at that range. A shooter will have an easier time finding a suppressor (if desired), properly mounting scopes, and transporting the weapon to and from the location. An old surplus rifle converted into a hunting rifle might be easier to get a hold of given location, than a AR-10, but an AR-10 is a better weapon.

The ability for rapid follow up shots is the single best reason to choose an AR platform over a bolt action. The Trump shooter killed one, wounded several with an AR platform. The Kirk shooter got lucky with the first shot given his clear lack of knowledge with guns. As unfortunate as this is to say, had the shot been a little more to Kirk's left, it would have missed him completely. At which point a follow up shot on a moving Kirk, amongst thousands of moving people, all while dealing with the adrenaline dump of trying to murder Kirk would be next to impossible for the assassin; and Kirk would still be alive.

Don't get me wrong, bolt action guns can be a lot of fun, but you use the right tool for the job.
The Army and Marines disagree. Even the snake eaters and Sniper School disagree with you.

If you want to fuck some at long distance, you use a bolt action.

Andrew Callaghan released an interview with the last man to speak to Charlie Kirk before his passing.

Gotta admit, this altered my perspective ("changed my mind," if you will) on a few things.

Before, just hearing the guy talk, I thought he was some gay militant troon. Turns out he's married, and not a troon, and was just trying to use The Power of Math to debate Charlie instead of using feels. And Honest Hate and all, if his numbers are solid, them maybe yeah, troon shooters are an outlier.

I also thought there was a very high chance he was working with the shooter and debating Charlie on troon shooting to signal a key moment for the shooter to nail him for maximum lulz and irony. Now I think he was just the poor unfortunate randoid who happened to be talking when Charlie got ganked.

It was only like ~200 yards for Kirk, an AR15 would be fine there, that's not even out to a combat zero. Given the choice I'd definitely take a semiautomatic for follow-up shots. Obviously wasn't relevant this time, but I suspect that neck hit was not aimed at the neck, and likely nearly a miss while holding center mass or head. If it was a total whiff he might not have had time for a follow-up.

They only need it to work internally. They don't care if it's plausible. Bullets labeled as "MAGA" with a 6'4" fat guy in a miniskirt would be good enough to keep their crazies from leaving.

We're talking 200 yards though. Not really "long distance"

So for the trump shooter you d say he had the right platform? I think he had the wrong optic and his follow up shots, didnt work.

We do agree that 223 isnt the right cartage for the distance. I have a soft spot for 30-06 but there are better more mordern calibers out there.

Give the trump shooter a M1A with a scope and maybe he d pull it off.
His follow shots didn't work on Trump. Others, unfortunately, not so much. The Trump shooter could have pulled if off with the weapon and caliber he had, had he aimed for center mass. That God he was a fucking retard. M1A is a good choice.

Have you see the M110A1 by chance?
>800 meters (875 yards) for point targes

Both the Trump attempt, and the Kirk assassination happened under less than 200 yards. That's not long distance. At those ranges, .223/5.56 is more than adequate, especially if using a scoped rifle with a bipod. Which ought to be standard on any would be assassins "sniper" set up.

M1A is kind of a crapshoot. The optics mounts are finicky and prone to breaking. They're also not super accurate, especially not relative to their price in comparison to AR15s

If your goal is a specific high value target at basically any range then I think a high power bolt rifle is the way to go, 30'06, .308, 300win mag, basically any full-size/magnum 30 cal rifle cartridge. For maximum carnage/collateral/damage-to-2A-rights with a solid chance to kill the intended target then an AR15 is hard to beat. Really you could even do both if you have time to set up, take your shots with bolt rifle, swap over to an AR15 pistol/SBR and spray into the crowd

Imagine debating someone and then their neck suddenly erupts like a bloody faucet.

I'd probably vehemently disagree with the guy on a lot of things, but I wouldn't wish that nightmare fuel on anyone.

Those guys are sniping at 500+ yard distances, where precision becomes more required because hitting a moving target becomes exponentially harder the farther out you are, thus you'd want the first shot to have a significantly higher chance to hit. This isn't a videogame, the effective range of guns is much longer than most people would expect.

I used to naively view this forum (this thread in particular) like a gay 90's shonen anime like DBZ where sure we'd have differing opinions and call each other niggers but after like two or three arcs we'd kinda respect each other and be bros and maybe actually started liking having each other around even if we didn't agree on shit.

That fantasy is dead now. Thanks for showing me how wrong I was in the multiple Charlie Kirk threads, TES niggers.
I know a good rooftop overlooking the Trump Enslavement Syndrome thread.

I think he was still a retard, but I think he actually was aiming for center mass. He just probably fucked up his holdovers.

It'll be interesting to see where the rhetoric is by the end of this weekend. The left collectively trying to parrot the 'no stalker child it is YOU who tried to kill Charlie Kirk' line is as infuriating as their usual spin on pretty much anything is, but that's what it is - the usual. If they had instead instantly embraced the shooter as one of their own and tried to rub it in even harder I would be expecting the horrific levels of communal violence we're going to see to go kinetic almost instantly. We're still going to see it, don't get me wrong, and it's going to be awful for everyone involved but there might be time left to at least figure out how to navigate it.
