I feel bad for this guy. He seems reasonable, even if I probably disagree with most of his takes and beliefs, and was just trying to engage in the democratic process and market place of ideas in the same way Charlie did. He was quite literally arguing that leftism was peaceful when this happened, and he had to watch himself be proven wrong in the most absolute and brutal of ways.
Seeing someone get brutally murdered in front of you is going to be psychologically scarring in the best of circumstances. I can’t even imagine how it shakes you when it also goes deeply to your core beliefs and ideology.

Obviously Charlie and his family are far and away the biggest victims of Tuesday. Nobody else compares, and my next statement should not be interpreted to imply anything else. But what often gets overlooked, especially by little faggots like that shooter, is that there are thousands of other people at those events, and each of them is a victim of the tragedy too. Each of them will see that moment on repeat when they close their eyes for the rest of their lives. Speaking from personal experience, it’s not fun. None of them deserve that.
I only hope and pray that that little faggot gets what he deserves, both in this life and the next.
I've seen a bit of this in the last few days. Both Ethan Klein and Dean Withers broke down and cried on stream, and even Hasan the Turkroach of all people looked emotional.

"Yeah sure we called them Nazis, but we didn't THINK it would actually get anybody killed!"

And now it's been revealed that the shooter was a member of the Democratic Socialists of America, a whole lot of people this morning are going to be deleting social media posts.

Liberals and progressives were told for years that dehumanizing their political opponents would lead to blood on their hands, and they were still shocked that it happened.

It doesn't matter if you're in a red state with a red majority in the government when you're talking about a city, and the mayor's a democrat, and he outright refuses to have people arrested OR when they are arrested he tells the DA to avoid prosecuting them. Basically every city is run by democrats across the country.

Like does anyone have examples of good content from him? He just reply guys people nonstop and throws out bullshit till the other party is exhausted because they have shit to do that doesnt involve being sexually attracted to underage looking dolls and abusing nursing home people.
He would make good posts on the Tenacious Unicorn Ranch thread about the food photos they would show off. Always seemed so bizarre to see him posting like a real human being.

The democrat party was dead, and is dead now. Charlie lost his life for some good, the democrat party was hit with a fatal bullet.
If you've ever lived in a big city undergoing gentrification, you might have seen what happens when a building is knocked down. The old, decrepit building is a haven for rats. When the building is knocked down, the rats scatter. But they don't disappear. The rats migrate to new buildings and new areas, where they rebuild their nest and eventually reemerge into the neighborhood, where they continue acting like rats.

The DU temporarily shutting itself to outsiders is meaningless. And even if it were taken down entirely or neutered, they have great nests like reddit to operate out of.

A reminder that the rabid shitlibs we see online are not necessarily representative of real life. I logged on my old Facebook and was pleasantly surprised to see most of my old liberal friends horrified by the murder and saying they didn't agree with him but that he shouldn't have been killed. Of course, my extreme (ex) shitlib friends were gloating and grave dancing, but I didn't expect anything less from them, they lost the plot a long time ago.

Most people aren't going to agree with killing someone over political differences. Most people, Dems especially, seem to have "woke" fatigue and want things to go back to normal.

Another thing to note, that video of the Ukraine girl getting murdered seemed to really rattle people. I could not believe how many progressives/liberals I've seen that are saying stuff that was verboten a last year, or hell, even a few months ago.

Yeah they'll keep coming back like roaches. But I hope and pray the tide of evil is turning. If not, then nuke the world. There's nothing left it they don't die.

The nigger killing that girl and this.. If people don't wake the fuck up, fuck it I say. It's getting LOTR-esque, to be a nerd, but goddammit something has to change.

This is a worldwide, I hope, revolution

Remember Charlie

I dunno, all the friends-of-friends I have that I thought to be moderately left (moderate enough to tolerate me openly being considerably right) are all gravedancing in private spaces.
These people are mostly a near 1:1 of the exact same caricature (lanky, White, rebellious against conservative parents, etc.) as the shooter, so it's not incredibly surprising; but I thought these people were much more moderate than they really are. Most of them didn't even react this way to the failed Trump shooting.
I suppose the mask had to slip eventually though. It is very funny to see someone with a "Peace and Love!" banner with a post gravedancing right below that, though.

So how will California enforce this law on federal agents?
California lawmakers have sent legislation to Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) that could prohibit federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers from wearing masks while carrying out raids in the state.

Newsom hasn’t said whether he will sign the bill, which received final approval in the Legislature on Thursday.

The governor’s office didn’t immediately respond to The Hill’s request for comment Friday, but he said in July that his office was reviewing the constitutionality of the proposal.

Those types aren't going to just lose their jobs, as if they ever cared. There's a moment going on and they'll be lucky to survive. They'll be whining 'oh, it wasn't me!' when the time comes. We've had enough of them,.
