"Forced through"... Do these idiots even remember how Obamacare was passed? There were Democrats begging to be allowed to vote "no" because they were in vulnerable districts, and there were several bribes added into the legislation to get a couple of others to vote "yes". And not a single Republican voted yes when they had the midnight vote for it. Also, in the midterms afterwards the Democrats lost their majority, and have never regained it.
