Bioshock Infinite doesn't even live up to the name Bioshock.
In 1, Plasmids and their creation were central to the plot, the lore, and half the characters you meet. As was Jack Ryan's nature as a biologically engineered and conditioned killing machine grown from a discarded fetus.
In 2, the entire game revolves around Delta and the Little Sisters biologically implanted bonds.
In both 1 and 2 the Little Sisters existence as a source of ADAM, and the players choices in how to deal with that, directly contribute to what ending you get.
But in Infinite? Nothin'.
Biological experimentation has almost zero relation or relevance to the story, setting, characters or even themes. None. It's just there for background flavor and zappy powers. Elizabeth's powers, as far as I know, are never even remotely explained and Elizabeth just has them naturally. She's basically magic and the experimentation done on her isn't relevant to the actual story.
All that actually matters in relation to her powers is Multiverse bullshit and time travel.
Bioshock Infinite fundamentally isn't even a Bioshock game. It's Ken Lavine jerking himself off and writing a shitty Black Mirror episode.
