Standard's the wrong word here. This is more of a motion that you can enact in certain jurisdictions as part of "amicably" warning someone to cut the shit or they get evicted. It might even go by a few different names but the premise and purpose is the same, some dumbass is doing a thing they're not allowed to do so you put them on notice to cut the shit before it becomes actionable. You likely don't hear much about this because it's so far early in the eviction process there's just nothing really juicy to make a story out of it.

As long as deportations keep coming and more voter ID laws are pushed and passed in Congress, Newsom should have an uphill battle. Creating conditions that make him say how much he loves illegal immigrants, crime and "gender affirming treatment" for minors should be able to dissuade a good portion of whatever remaining moderates there are left in a general election.
