Also the pre-season polls have always been garbage, but at least they were based on SOMETHING. QB, coach and a few other key players returning? That team will probably be the same or better than last year.

Now nothing means anything and every single player and coach is fucking retarded. Be better off with darts and coin flips to rank.
The rankings just exist to drive some sort of narrative. Lots of top teams changed QBs this season you literally have no idea what's going to happen. It was pretty obvious that Jeanty was Boise's offense, now he's gone, but they stuck around at the top somehow.

I could've told you that FSU would be better because they have a QB who is capable of throwing places other than the back of his RT's ankles. How much better? Who knows, but at least better. Making numeric preseason rankings is pretty dumb.

Hurricanes played pretty great. Our d-line looks fucking insane against a traditionally strong ND o-line. Their QB played great even though his line was being treated like a turnstile, I've got to give him some credit. But holy shit, I was sick of them constantly cutting to his mother. Enough with the dead relative sob stories please. One thing that annoyed me was Cristobal continues to play incredibly conservative instead of going for the killshot during the last couple of possessions.

In general, I like the expanded post-season so the committee can't screw over teams that don't have name power but it does take away a bit of the importance of winning each game.

It's sad seeing him so frail after watching him nearly my whole life now. He was super spry up until the last year or two and now he can barely wave :( I dont think he makes it to next year.

Look on the bright side: at least Mario didn’t lose this game because of shitty clock management.

I guess you can join since Iron Hamster hasn't shown up. Since you did just join though, I'll start you in last place (4-5). Seem fair?
That's completely fair to start me in last place; I usually suck at predicting football games anyway, lol.
Anyways who's ready to see if the sugar daddy Billy B still has it
I'm super ready for this game. I grew up rooting for UNC in March Madness, and now I'm a Texas Tech fan, so I can't wait to see the TCU Hornfrogs get boiled by Bill Belichick.

I think UNC has a better chance of going 2-10 than going .500 based on this game. I never thought Bill's heart was in this and I'd bet he's going to more or less check out if his team keeps playing like this over the next few weeks. Fucking embarrassing for all parties involved in this charade.

I’ve been a Canes fan since the mid 90s. And last night was alot of fun. Beck played really good. The receivers were better than i expected. Mario went into a shell once they got a few touchdowns up on Notre Dame. This will cost Miami a few games. But happy that Miami stuck it to the Domers.

But that dline, wow. They bullied Notre Dame’s oline. Hetherman really is a good hire so far. Need to see more before i say he’s great.

Max Johnson (what Karl Jobst should've named his son) looks far better than the starter. Pretty sure TCU pulled starters too, but that doesn't matter.
The comeback is on. Do you Bill-ieve?

I'm no longer a bill-iever; I'm now a beli-theist. I like this new UNC quarterback, Max Johnson, but the TCU lead is too massive for Bill to overcome. Also, StreamEast keeps buffering. Do you guys have any solutions?

Man this week been full of several upsets or things that common viewers didn't expect. Arch having a terrible game for Texas, Bama losing to Florida state, and now BB UNC losing to TCU hard.

Hopefully this is a good telling this season is going to be good with content and upsets! :semperfidelis:
