Politicians using any form of the word
politicize in a sentence tend to do so when they want to avoid answering or refuting an argument. It falls back on the adage that it's easier to deflect and name call than to actually answer a question.

Sparkle was a professional email sent from a company known for hiring transgendered people. So, my first thought was, "Tranny judge appointed by Biden?" With some of the other oddities I've seen with dot Indian first names, this isn't too surprising, though.
I wonder how the escalation of that would play out.
Anytime anyone gets a decision they don't like in any sort of context, they immediately want to resort to some sort of lawfare to get the outcome they'd prefer. It reminds me of a recent video discussing MLB's replay system that was designed to overturn obviously incorrect calls (such as the one that ruined Armando Gallaraga's perfect game). Instead, managers are using replay to challenge split-second judgement calls the system was never intended to handle and then getting butthurt and ejected when the calls stand due to lack of clear video evidence needed to overturn the call.
I see activists and politicians doing the same thing in using the court system to impose their desired policy outcomes when the system was never intended for that. One can see how fed up the SCOTUS judges react when they have to rule on the same type of case more than once - such as the Colorado cake baker - because nobody knows how to gracefully take an L and move on.
The fun part though: now that leftists have moved from doing "he's gonna go to jail!" over and over to "he's dead!" (presumably over and over), the toll it will take on the normies will make the leftists look even more insane.
This reminds of the boy who cried wolf in that these people making wild claims that ultimately prove to be false will eventually find something to legitimately take issue with only to have the public dismiss it as yet aother exaggeration or lie that can be ignored.
DEI and other such programs are now going by BRIDGE. I encourage anyone who thinks DEI is dead to look into this. BRIDGE has weekly and monthly newsletters/virtual meetings that you can get ananomusly.
I've also seen it labeled as JEDI, and I believe others on the 'Farms have seen rebranded with other terms and abbreviations whose names escape me at the moment. The public definitely needs to remain vigilant to make sure hte policies simply don't remain in place under a new name.
I see it as a slippery slope to legalizing ritual murder.

This seems par for the course with the recent protests where the turnout is a dozen or less individuals whose demographics don't always match with the location and have signs/banners for their cause célèbre that often have little to nothing to do with Trump specifically.

Even if Kennedy has made head-scratching comments in the past, I believe his heart is in the right place in his current role - and he's already accomplished good with food manufacturers promising to phase out certain artificial colorings within the next year or so (provided they follow through). If his other initiatives and efforts prove fruitful in any sort of way, it's icing on the cake and an overall net positive for the country.
