I do think that human societies will always have gender non-conformity and variant gender presentations in some form. 3rd gender categories exist in many cultures for a reason, and even a lot of cultures that didn't or don't have an explicit separate category have grey zones that people can exist in (historically this is almost always dealing with effeminacy in men, but that's beside the point). Hell, there are even plenty of examples of female rulers using titles and symbols of masculinity to solidify their legitimacy, a direct use of gender as a tool of power.
Schizophrenics and addicts are often well aware of their conditions, and at times rational about the deleterious effects. Doesn't mean they won't steal your car and stab you with a rusty screwdriver when they're jonesing or psychotic.

I've watched a lot of Offensive Tranny videos, they show up on my feed pretty often. I get the feeling underneath all of the sensibility there's a delighted Not Like the Other Girls girl who enjoys being told she's one of the good ones. Her comment sections are full of praise, affirming everything she says. I'll admit, it's easy to want to cheer her on because it takes figurative balls these days to speak out against the tranny menace even if you ARE a tranny. She gets a ton of thirst comments too, like a lot a lot to the point it's a little creepy.
