There was a whole ARC on Amber’s channel about taking Destiny to the ER only to find out she had bad Acid Reflux and heartburn and needed to change her diet. They promptly celebrated with fast food.

Guarantee Chantal just doesn’t have diabetes.

In the villa arc, she went to the er and said she had a mildly enlarged heart (cardiomegaly). And in the Kuwaiti arc, she did mention something about kidney function I think?

Chantal is just conveniently ignoring everything, but it doesn’t mean she doesn’t have other problems. Also remember this is the same person who like Amber, needed a hysterectomy from being fat, and did have blood clots and such.
