Sorry for my ignorance but how are you guys painting such good replicas of images? example:

Anyone got a site I can scan an image to get some sort of coordinates for my pixels? I wanted to paint the esophagor from Neopets south of the Kiwiland border but its a lot more challenging than i thought.

I'd encourage you to just try making your own, original pixel art rendition of the image. But if you really want to, one easy way to do it is with GIMP. First, shrink the image. I use Image > Scale Image to do this.

Under image size, change either the width or the height to whatever you think would be a manageable amount of pixels (make sure the dropdown menu next to it is set to "px"), then click the chain button to change the height/width to match the original aspect ratio.
Play around with the options under "quality" to see which one makes the image look best.
Now your image should be pixelated

Again, if this is not the result you're looking for, feel free to fuck around with the way you shrink it.

Next, make a color palette out of the colors you're going to use. For this picture, I'd recommend making a color palette of the 3 teals, dark cyan, black, and one or two reds.
Because you want to use the colors available on wplace, screenshot the color options and open them in GIMP.
Open the palettes menu and press the circled button to make a new palette.

(if you don't have the palettes tab, go to Windows > Dockable Dialogs > Palettes)
Use the color picker tool (shortcut: o) on each color, then drag the color from the pop-up window to the palette.
Go back to your image and go to Image > Mode > Indexed. If it's already indexed, select RGB and then select Indexed again.

When this pops up, choose "Use custom palette" and select your new palette.
Dithering can be useful for more detailed images, but I don't think you'll need it here. The undithered picture looks like this:

Me and a few other chuddies have been battling trannies and boykissers around my hometown for a few days, systematically removing everything that they make as soon as it appear, i haven't gotten banned yet on any of my accounts.

Does bans take a few days typically or am i just lucky?

I'll push my luck soon, there's a giant boykisser wrapped in a tranny flag in a big city nearby, once i get enough pixels I'll deface it with a noose and make it wear a pedo sign around it's neck.

dark grey and black are impossible to tell the difference, especially if the background is white. I don't even go back and fix those most of the time.

I think it's luck and also the scale of what you're doing. I have been routinely fighting trannies in my hometown, fighting over very prominent tranny borders around images and also clearing smaller hearts and shit where I find them. I only got a minor suspension and it was only when I drew a kiwi in the 10,000 canvas. I don't think they are capable of handling anything other than the biggest cities and the biggest issues right now, hence why fighting over your hometown is likely safe. Especially if you aren't drawing anything completely obscene. There was another kiwi who very briefly was aiding me in my righteous conquest over my home town. I did notice, and I salute your efforts.

I tried making a Usuki paintbrush over here, not in the case though, because a Kiwi has used it to become a Usukiwi. She's so beautiful.

It really depends case to case. All it really takes is one rabid tranny with hundreds of pixels saved up to destroy everything, but I think they subconsciously know that their reputation is shaky at best and don't wanna ruin it more than it already is.
