You really, really don't want to get sued at the same time you're facing criminal issues, because it puts you in a zugzwang. You can either forfeit your 5th amendment rights to save your ass in civil court, but if you provide evidence or give testimony in deposition it becomes evidence against you in criminal court! It's a terrible place to be.

Facing actual charges while having a civil suit is a manageable thing. Many courts will postpone and delay things in the civil case while a criminal case plays out to avoid 5th Amendment issues (e.g. Karen Read). Right now, Destiny is fucked since there's no criminal case pending or even looming.

So yes, if he suddenly just deleted a bunch of pictures of Rose, the Judge will instruct the Jury to imagine that that deleted evidence is in fact as bad for him as their imaginations allow. If he doesn't delete them and she's 17, if the fedboys come knocking, he's in for a bad time.

Even if he deletes them now, he can still be charged. Nothing is truly deleted, discord logs exist, and his associates still have the pics.

You can also look up Attali G Hall--Rose's name to verify its the right site. Anyway, because they won't but in the modicum of effort I did the work for them.

Edit: as Null pointed out, Juvenile in this context refers to Juvenile court and as Rose's cases are traffic citations (likely involves civil court) it does not apply. So even more reason why the DGG cope is nonsense.

It also goes towards establishing at least the likelihood of him having received and saved more such videos, based on the way he talks about it ("these [plural] on skype calls").
