I was thinking about this a little while ago while I was listening to Destiny talk about how he can't go after Solo because of the Pxie lawsuit. He has to spend too much on his lawyer, he says.

He could say that he realizes that he's throwing money away on an expensive lawyer to defend himself against a woman that he realizes that he wronged. And he could settle. And he could publicly say that he would rather spend that money going after Solo who victimized Rose because there could be other victims. KF probably wouldn't forgive him, but a lot of other people probably would.

He could just take some time away, and come back later. Whether it went anywhere or not, he'd probably have a decently reformed image.
