SFEMG is the gold-standard test and, as I mentioned once before, it is 99%+ sensitive with some studies reporting 100%. In other words, Vicki doesn't have MG. The false negatives for this test typically only happen with people with the mildest symptoms, and we all know Vicki's claim is that she has the severest worst symptoms ever!

It must drive her crazy that she couldn't somehow game the test. And this also concludes her ability to tell NYU she's been struggling with a life-changing diagnosis of MG.

After reading the thread, I do have some questions:
1. LMAO. No. Never has, probably never will because she is far too sick and disabled!
(I remember a middle aged polio victim who walked with metal crutches that used to wash dishes at a restaurant during the week and ran a book stall at the flea market on the weekends. He couldn’t really read but knew books were important so started collecting books he saw getting tossed out around the city. Soon he had so many he figured he needed his own store. He carried stacks of books with partially paralyzed legs. I bought books from him every month. I’m sure he’s dead now, but I keep him in living memory whenever I hear ppl complain about being too disabled to work.

2. Malingering for drugs, but I think her adderall intake gets her close to health fixation psychosis too. She is obsessed with proving how sick she is at this point, so she believes her BS far more than your average malingerer.

3. No, but she rarely goes to classes anyway.

4.None that I am aware of, she’s too internally focused to have any interests outside of herself and her own martyrdom.

5. No, never. She probably can’t do any reading beyond a WebMD paragraph or Twitter thread, but unfortunately that makes her pretty normal for her age range who also can’t or never read.

Don't the parents have two other children: a male enby and an underage autist? And Vickie's posted before about how she hates that her parents won't let her talk the autist into pooning out.

I agree that they're not making the best decisions, but the parents are probably also being held in this weird 2.5-way blackmail. They can't anger the genderspecials enough to give them a lever to use against the autist, because the entire world is ready to jump in and poison the autist against them.

No idea what they could do now that they're in so deep. If they weren't rich, they might actually have fewer problems. Vickie sees them as a magical repository of cash that she deserves; I don't think I'm the first to compare her to Dave/Danielle Muscato.
They do have two other kids.

In a way, paying for her to live in NYC and away from them is probably actually the easiest and cleanest solution for them. She's out of their homes, away from her younger sister, and they are helping her enough that anyone who wasn’t a total failure would be doing fine right about now. Financing her hotel hopping might sound extravagant and enabling to us middle-class peasants, but in Vicky’s world, it’s pretty much one step above being left to the wolves. (Especially when according to Vicky, they may have actually paid for that enby brother to get an apartment in NYC, which we only know because she was pissed they wouldn’t do the same for her.)

Honestly, even if Vicky were fully cut off, I don’t believe that she would ever have a change of mental state regardless of how bad her situation would hypothetically get, because she just seems to be completely incapable of self-reflection or understanding that she's wrong. Like we saw with her recent hospital stay, quite literally everyone around her can tell her that she’s wrong about something, and she will just interpret that as “Nobody ever believes me! :(“ She could be rock-bottom actually homeless, and all she’d be thinking about would be the ways everybody else persecuted her and how they still won’t give her the help she thinks she deserves. The comparison to Dave Muscato is spot-on.

Is this hypochondria? Health anxiety? Malingering? Illness faking? All of the above? She's like the munchie version of what you get when all the Transformers combine.
This is probably the most accurate description of Vicky in the thread.

A fairly significant part of her current problem is that she actually genuinely will be feeling like absolute shit.
Deconditioning, in someone prone to back pain, plus shitty nutrition and god knows what cocktail of drugs, really will have you feeling like absolute death and she'll certainly be believing most of her hype.
Fr she feels like shit now, she just needs to realsie NONE of the 'treatment' that she actually needs comes from external parties.

Oh my, I love this for her ❤️ Still believes she has MG! It’s the sneaky kind that doesn’t show up on tests. It’s got white coat syndrome and hides when doctors are in the room.

And she didn’t nearly die. She wasn’t on a vent or even on a nasal cannula. She wasn’t in the ICU.

So, what do we think she will gun for next?

@MirnaMinkoff One of my very first jobs was working in a busy office and there was one woman working there who was very disabled. She had muscle wasting and used a power chair, but she also was deaf and had some sort of speech impediment that made it hard for her to talk. And yet she had worked there for a decade, and was in a mid level position, and was known for being really thorough and efficient. She had a lot of equipment to help her like text to speech and people would write things down. I always think of her when I see people using any excuse as a reason for not working. If she could make it work then anyone can!

I never saw any mention of any work history, ever. She obviously doesn't work now, but I take it she's never had even a summer job? I mean, it's pretty obvious that she hasn't, from the way she behaves, but man, working a mind-numbing job and going to bed exhausted would do her a world of good: show her why she needs to finish that degree, show her how easy it is to sleep when you're truly bone-tired.
I can't imagine she submitted an application to NYU without some kind of volunteer job on there. It could've been some utter bullshit position or fake hours though and not real work.

For rich families like hers, doing charity work and internships as a kid are pretty standard, but I imagine she would have skipped out on all that using her health as an excuse.

I’m convinced one of the biggest drivers behind “disabled” (either legitimately or not) people not working is the internet and drugs. The idea of having to stay isolated at home and stare at the TV was pure hell for most of the 20th century. Getting out and doing something, anything, was preferable.

SM providing the psychological illusion of communication and productivity, along with mindless entertainment, has made staying at home and doing nothing a satisfying option for even abled body people.

As a child I encountered disabled people working and being an active part of the community far more than I do as an adult in the supposed age of accessibility and acceptance.

Her dad is a known philanthropist in their area. I posted about it somewhere in this thread. He mentioned always trying to teach his kids to help those less fortunate.

You are such an insufferable know it all little prig.

It wasn't as much as people "getting to stay at home and stare at the tv" as much as people who couldn't work were put in poor houses and later institutions. Then industrialisation came and suddenly a lot more hands were needed with menial tasks - this enabled people with lighter disabilities to start working these sort of repetitive "easy" jobs and encouraged governments to subsidize some of it, which led to disabled people being able to organize and society to start to adjust to people with disabilities actually moving around more. If anything has led to more disabled people not working, it's those easy menial jobs either being replaced by machines, shipped off to third world countries or just importing slave labour. A lot of simple coding jobs could probably help this group out, but certain tech magnates are more interested in importing their work force than trying to adjust for the untapped work force that exists.

With that said, none of this applies to Vicky because she's not fucking disabled. I mean, she might become disabled eventually the longer she continues this LARP, but even back in the day she would've lived a fairly easy life. Icky Vicky would've likely gotten married, popped out a few kids and then spent the rest of her days high on morphine due to her "nerves" with a fainting couch nearby.

😐

But yes, damn right you ain't dying of myasthenia'.

Just fucking LOL at how this ALL started cos some random cunt left a one sentence reply of "U heard ov myasthenia gravis?" and she has made it her lifes work with a blinding white heat.
Will have to check back to see if that was a mutual of hers, or just some passerby. Imagine if the latter happened back upon her page and saw the aftermath, haha.

The tweet came along at just the right time for Vicky: her previous medical grifts had hit dead ends and she was staring at eviction and failing her semester at NYU. She was desperate to cling to a new excuse and lo and behold, a mentally unwell idiot on social media had just what she needed.

Based upon what I’ve seen online with these crazy bitches, I’d bet that account is one of a dozen some other munchie owns, if not Vicky herself. They like to be their own reply guys or attack themselves. The need for creating drama on their accounts is insatiable. Vicky also gets relatively little interaction so she might stir her own pot.

For years I understood people had sock puppets to help further their attention seeking narratives online, but I’ve been stunned by the amount of the accounts and time invested into them by these crazy bitches. One of the earliest ones I encountered we discovered she had created at least six characters, with SM accounts, to support her narrative. These were just the ones we could easily prove she operated but there were probably many, many more.

A podcast i listened to did a deep dive on (can’t remember name) a woman in Ohio who had crafted this epic tale of a kid’s cancer battle that then morphed into the kid’s Canadian doctor mom who was eight months pregnant with child number 12 being fatally killed in a car crash but the baby survived! The reporter interviewed the woman behind the accounts and she admitted to running literally hundreds of SM accounts to support or prop up the narrative. I think the woman had been doing this for close to a decade, starting as a teen.

We might just have a fraction of Vicky’s SM antics. Given the level of crazy we see under her own name, I think she might have a separate universe of other characters she plays online. What she fills her days with has always been a bit of a mystery. She doesn’t work, she doesn’t go to school, she has no IRL friends, she doesn’t mention hobbies, video games, movies, TV shows, anime, etc…she has to fill those hours in bed with something. I suspect it’s playing all sorts of other oppressed people online. It would allow Vicky to be that black disabled trans-woman of color or dying cancer patient or depressed, abused anachan being sex trafficked. This seems like the sort of entertainment Vicky would fill her days with.
