That tweet says other real estate agents can't compete with the ethnic real-estate agent who only takes a flat $500 to $1000 fee. Well, why the fuck not? They certainly figured out how to compete with you greedy fucks.
I actually have a smidge of knowledge in this area through family working with real estate agents for inspections.
This is two interconnected things:
1) Pure ethnic gatekeeping means that the more that is owned by a particular ethnic group (Chinese or Indian) the more of the market is completely cut off from normal real estate agents.
2) By doing the above the agents effectively have unionized and pushed out any non-ethnic agents from large swathes of the market, forming a defacto monopoly across increasingly large swathes of the nation.
Welcome back to ethnicity based market control, featuring absolute retards who only get to keep this ship sailing through several generations worth of connections now.
It also says this practice is cutting them out because it drives huge volumes.... Well, fucking d'uh! Lowering prices increases demand? Whocouldaknowd!
The prices aren't actually lower, they're merely ignored because Chinese/Indian. The demand is entirely based off of them not merely playing the system, but outright cheating because it's more profitable long term to
MANY different interests around, including banks and other agencies.
Fuck real-estate agents and their 6% commissions for doing fuck-all. You should've all been allowed to starve to death after causing the 2008 crash and subsequent reinflation to even higher imaginary values.
Real estate agents were meant to be the personality behind a home selling, and the ones with the know-how to actually sell to someone who will make payments on time and not fuck up. Now it's just car salesmen who sell and don't give a shit once it's off the lot.
The banks and corpos owned properties needing to pretend to give a shit isn't for your sake, it's so they can blame the agent later for when the roof leaks or there's an "unfortunate" housefire because wiring was bad. I don't blame real estate agents, not truly, it's just the same (((problem))) that's in every other market.
