Ugh, I am definitely seeing prices going up in the grocery store too. Six weeks ago a 10 pound chub of 73% lean ground beef (aka the cheapest stuff available) was $30. Today the exact same item is $37!

The store brand coffee I buy has gone from $12 for 39 ounces to $18. I may have to give up coffee because I can't afford it any longer, I've already had to cut way back on my meat consumption - I have diabetes, yet the only food I can afford is very carb heavy. I have a tiny food budget and it's getting harder and harder to feed myself and keep my blood sugar in range.

Even vegetables are going up. A head of lettuce was $1.50, now it's over $2.

Eggs and gas are the only two things that have gone down in price in the last six months.
