It is funny how people openly support the same groups that allied with Nazi Germany, but are convinced the other side of the political spectrum has an issue with authoritarianism.
I keep being impressed by their ability to keep two completely diametrical ideas in their heads and make them work together without issues. Is the answer to this conundrum that they are all just braindamaged retarded?

It requires proof that the person in question created or controlled the accounts. (Thus why they definitely definitely shouldn't wipe all their shit. Nooo don't do that. Total cope. If they ever did anything with a credit card on reddit (like, reddit gold, which for some reason retard redditors buy) then they'll have all the records of their identity right there. Reddit now requires an email address to register an account, and I doubt these idiots made sure to use a forwarding email totally disconnected from their actual identity. At least some of them used their personal emails with their names. Reddit likely doesn't delete records in the way this redditor believes, and even if they did, the records are not old enough at all to warrant automatic deletion. Discord keeps tons of records forever, which is how pedos and groomers get convicted. I've seen print outs of Kik chats from years before the info is handed over. I've seen the same with messaging services that nobody but groomers and predators use.

So what? That's not only what a lawyer is paid to do, but it's just more billable hours that will be turned on the defendants as attorneys' fees when they lose.
Finally, there's no point to wiping your own computers if you're a defendant because literally all of the relevant data is held by the companies, there's not much Ethan needs at this point that can be deleted. I guess if they have phone records of texts with Hasan Piker about taking out his least favorite Jew they wouldn't be on the company servers, but do we really think their damaging communications are on anything but Discord and Reddit? It's the worst idea possible if you're truly at risk of being identified, because it will piss off the judge and an adverse inference will be given to the jury that tells them (literally) "Assume they had the worst possible thing on their computer and that they deleted it" even if it's not actually anything bad that was deleted.
There's also this weird suggestion that this is information only subject to a warrant in a criminal investigation and I have no idea why this person believes that. They clearly have no idea how the law or litigation works.

It's so obvious a conflict that it may be unwaivable and continuing the representation may already be an ethics violation. That guy is a retard for reasons I already pointed out. Granting the subpoena is a no-brainer given the acquiescence of the adverse party. If the plebbitors have a gripe, it's up to them to file a motion to quash, and they'd best do it before reddit just hands over the information, which is probably what they'll do.
An example involving the Farms would be where Fat Rick Hamlinson filed his subpoena to Clownflare, Null was in communications with them, and before he could file a motion to quash they had already handed over the requested information. I am curious about the ip data that's stored for users and posts. If a user used the farms but often forgot to turn on his Mullvad VPN because sites he needed to use blocked VPNs, for how long would both the VPN ip and his actual ip be available to grab by null? I assume each message has an ip attached to it. Does null flush that data regularly? Or is it available forever?
e: saw a comment that says null stores IPs for 30 days. I have no idea if that's true, but I choose to believe it.
