I think the confusion comes from him, in his typical fashion, obnoxiously shilling it while simultaneously kvetching when he got named for shilling it. There was another oddity like him threatening to permaban someone from all of his services, and specifically named it amongst them. It seems the thread that post was in was purged from the database, again in typical Lemur fashion.
I wouldn't put it past him that he tried to steal responsibility for it since he keeps insisting on virtue signaling to "fellow pedos".
It'd be giving him too much credit, as he's not competent enough to actually go about hosting it. He ran the srv.us instance off his immigranttop, after all.

For all intents and purposes only Leto and Lemur have a large enough presence with cucker / zecker / fecker.
2chen /cumg/ allegedly had some involvement from "coomdev" (from what I recall was just hosting it (cub.coom.tech)), and "Araragi" to some level of contributions, but this was still when Lemur was heavily relying on salvaging the original -ecker repo. I don't believe any of them have any actual relevance currently.
I do not recall there being any noteworthy changes attributed through Lemur, just almost every "change" was always followed up with a brownpost.
"gaki" was groomed to "fix" the CAPTCHA solver around the end of December 2024. These were leaked from the srv.us live chat (uezaoiz2dcewytfmegvs6bew74.srv.us) around that time but I forgot about it until the other week when it was reposted again.

I believe Lostbeard was issued access a bit after the rightful expulsion from Sturdy, but I don't recall anything being done by his hand beyond mod actions. I would not be surprised if he specifically pined for access specifically for the long-con of spiting Lemur.

Which qualifies as providing an illegal service in some jurisdictions. But that's only the start.

Lemur last week came up with a new variation of the PEE script. PNGEmbedder (PE) he calls it. I think it's a completed form of a previous script /cumg/ was working on, it works through stenography and the magic is done by obfuscated WASM code. He intends to have it phase PEE out, stating that PEE uses catbox for all functions (meaning they' been uploading CSAM to catbox all this time)

No, CloudFlare Polish manages to strip the embedded metadata when saved without specific tricks to download the original file. There's little chance of anyone accidentally downloading an image with a link to CSAM.
However there's the other extension that does the embedding via the filename.
But again, no one even bothers to use PEE for anything beyond spite embeds.

He stumbled upon a different arbitrary-data-embedder (CodeBerg mirror from 3 years ago) and in his usual fashion is trying to shill for people to use it. As far as I can tell it does the what PEE used to do where it embeds the actual data into the image, rather than a link to that data.
I don't believe anyone is actually using it seeing as any posts that do end up mentioning it are in the ballpark of "I tried it but it doesn't seem to work".

I can't be bothered to check if it was mentioned earlier in the thread when it focused more on Leto but his PEE-era shenanigans was around funneling users into using his residential proxies to use PEE to hide amongst others while he embedded child nudity CCTV footage, then go "haha, no, that wasn't me" when no one was biting. I think it'd be quite strange, three years later, for Lemur to follow through with it again when barely anyone actually uses it, and their moderation is very well content with enabling CSAM distribution on their meta threads.

That reminds me, I honestly do not remember where I did stumble upon it, but I remember glancing over a post linking him to some specific Russian zoo of some specific species of Lemur, but it might have been through the old archived 2chen /cumg/ threads.
I didn't put much thought into it since I always just assumed he was some brown transplant to Germany, but who knows. From his constant comments about the 'ecker "dox" or how he got mega-triggered over posting styles and typing speeds, it just seems like it's another projection on his part about creating red herrings on his various methods of LARPing.

It's more of what I was reminded of when thumbing through the 2chen /cumg/ archives weeks ago as I remember it constantly being told as "CCTV".
You'd have to cross your fingers someone did the typical thing of "complaining about being offended by embeds while having the embed extension installed" where they screenshot it, and cross reference to the times of when Leto would kvetch when being named for responsibility. If you're intending to actually get the embedded content, I do not expect it to still be around as you're having to rely on the original .pee files to not have been purged from catbox, and the image hasn't already been stripped of its metadata from the archive back then. I recall "coomdev" having updates to the extension and commit messages specifically referencing b4k's admin deleting any files with PEE embeds in them.
