Just before COVID there were some articles that had the Cincy area in the Top 5 places to live in the country, since the area around the city is nice and the cost of living is reasonable, so we got a wave of Team Blue retards into Hamilton County around the city because of it. Which isn't that bad, since Hamilton County was already blue, but it's done nothing for house prices and they can't drive any better than the locals. The surrounding counties, Butler and Clermont, are a little too Red for the transplants, and too rural in Clermont's case and too FAFO in Butler's case.
