Since Tammy was a ham multiverse most of her life, I wonder if that had any effect. Would being really fat since childhood alter the mother nature intended growth of your features permanently? LIke your face wouldn't go back to what it was supposed to look like when you lose a few extra pounds?

I saw Tammy's new bod on my newsfeed and couldn't believe it. She's still deformed and still has some loose skin after surgery. But it's a miracle to just not be 700 elbeez. I never in my wildest dreams thought that Tammy would become the "thin" Slaton. Meanwhile Amy is still shaped like Grimace. It's sad but not surprising that the kiddos are overweight. There's alays a chance they can grow out of it. But if she stays with Meth Head Bob there probably not. He seems the type that would give each kid a family size bag of chips and a tablet so he can go tweak in peace.

It’s not just skin, she has fat left that would have to be sucked out first with lipo. I don’t think even Kybella injections would help much.

Maybe it's the shaper(?) she's wearing, but her proportions are rather unfortunate, Tammy's just a rectangle under the fat. Still, good on her for dropping the weight, whatever she did to get there. Here's to hoping she can do something about her ankles and that she can keep off the weight.
