While this is fun and all, using exact timestamps from the livestream VODs themselves would've been better.

I dunno, but I kinda think he's got a pretty decent shot against Melton. I got a glimmer of hope based on what I've seen from that petition thus far. I guess we'll see.
As I understand it, the main problem with his attempt against Nick, is that Nick is the husband (at least nominally) of the woman who is the victim (again, nominally) in a case where Aaron is the defendant. Unless I am misunderstanding what he's saying, @Potentially Criminal has argued that's a bit of a daunting hurdle to clear.
That issue doesn't apply in the case of Aaron's petition against Melton.
See 90% of every post @SaddamLanza (Citizen M) made here. That's why he's gone. That's how Melton's people think.
