Obviously, this is Brian's sock account, but let's actually take a look at what Brian is presenting here. The file "012025" is an appeal from Brian, where he claims that he's a victim of "fraud on the court" during his lawsuit over a collaborative YouTube channel, "videogames"

Right so I have a question about this. Let's say he didn't benefit from the representation but actually suffered. For instance, let's say some neghole pozzer who also happens to be a lawyer is like "I'm going to represent the retard, without his consent, and throw the case on purpose" would that change the calculation? Obviously there would be some sort of civil action that could be filed against the lawyer, assuming Brian notices it quickly and doesn't let the statute of limitations run out, but what does that do for the appeal process? Would that be fraud on the court? Or do courts just say "hey buddy you're shit out of luck" because ngl that'd be kinda fucked up.
