I will check a some papers i read in uni. I admit my go to remembered example, i had misremembered that the Irgun-smuggled-grenade to Feinstein and Barazani resulted in just their suicide. They had allegedly intended on killing themselves and captors with it(??) And decided very selflessly to just kill themselves. I dont know who denoted these wikipedia facts, or who possibly could know and note their change in disposition. The big problem with these pork bills is that it's almost impossible to pass anything else with how much the democrats operate in lockstep. Since any other bill would need like 60 votes to be passed, and it's not very likely such a majority can be achieved without the Democrats collapsing themselves. So if anyone wants to push legislation they usually do have to put it in these big budget bills unless the Senate majority leader feels like the parliamentarian should be ignored that day.
