I'd again love to powerlevel but...let's just say I worked in a factory that had been around for nearly a century. A recession proof food production place. Once the workers became primarily black, it got real bad in there. Lots of sexual harassment, bullying, baby shit in general. They ran that place into the fucking ground and it closed due to an easily avoidable food contamination issue. We had safety measures against it.
Fuckin' dickheads all lost their jobs, the brand name was sold to a company that just wanted the name, and that place was empty for a long time and was sold to a nonprofit to house (black homeless, probably former employees!)
They fuck up everything. When it's majority blacks it's a shitshow you'd have to endure to understand the hopelessness of it all. Black lives will never matter to me.

Well as a kinda outsider to American issues I feel the biggest problem is that you just cannot discuss the issues internal to the black communities at all.

Once you try to say anything, bring up facts and statics or even just lightly brush the issues of drugs and crime and broken homes, you get hit with the racist card and everything goes down hill from there.

How can anything ever change if you can't have a frank and open discussion about the issues plaguing Africian American communities?

I am continually amazed by the difference between american blacks and those in the uk and africa.

I'm not saying we dont have our share of loons, i am saying the black prison population here matches the general proportion of the wider population.

I think it's because Brits don't have the same ongoing angst over slavery - a lot of the problems in black communities in the USA are open secrets, but guilty white people get super upset the minute you suggest that at this point their problems are self-inflicted vs. oppression from mighty whitey.
