The Iranians have a large mostly reserve fed army, a weak surface navy, and a non existent air force thanks to the Israelis who own the skies. Though it was kind of heartbreaking watching those F-14 Tomcats we sold them get wiped out so easily.

But in all seriousness for actual regime change to happen it's going to have to come from the people just like the revolution in 1979.
