bombing Iran's nuclear facilities was tough talk also until 24hrs ago when he actually did it. the Israelis have been shifting their language to this being a regime change war over the past week, the neocons who were advocating for a strike on Iran have now started talking about regime changes and now Trump himself, a day after saying this was just a single strike, is now openly posting about regime change.

I think Trump is saying this in reactions to the current rumor going on that President Pezeshkian of Iran is going to resign amidst the conflict. It's been going around for a little bit earlier today.
