Given that there's an official Kiwifarms Ick List, I think it's appropriate that we have a counterpart thread where we describe what we like about men, and the qualities they have that make them attractive to the fairer sex. In essence, describe your ideal type.
I'll start. I am primarily attracted to men who are:
1) Athletic. Cerebral men, couch potatos and the unfit do nothing for me.
2) Men who are intelligent, thoughtful and possess a clear moral code. To me a stupid or thoughtless man can never be attractive, no matter what he looks like.
3) I like that men are bolder, more daring and more stoic than women. I can be sensitive and neurotic by nature and I like that men are calmer, more assertive and can be relied upon (in theory). Sometimes young men in particular can be stubborn and insensitive due to these qualities, but I think in a healthy society the flaws of each sex are ideally corrected by loving relationships with each other.
4) Discipline. This ties into my first point, but this is a massive turn on for me. Men who are dedicated to improvement in every aspect of their lives are very attractive.
5) Genuine compassion for others and a willingness to tone down one's ego to appreciate someone else's opinion.
6) Is religious. This won't apply for most Kiwis I think but this is a big one for me, and ties into my earlier point of a man living with integrity and by a moral code.
7) In terms of looks dark hair, height, fair skin and muscle do it for me. A man's eyes, hair and jawline are probably the most important elements of attraction to me, and I like prominent brow ridges balanced by his other features.
8) Men who can build things with their hands and are creative in some way (carpentry, glassblowing, plumbing, etc.) are very attractive.
9) Likes cats.
I've met only a couple of men like this, and they're both married.
