for how long has he been a thing like when did he get popular? I've been lurking in this thread because the name and art seem familiar but I can't remember when I stumbled upon his stuff for the first time but it must've been a while back a few years at least.

edit: there are contracts that let the landlord kick you out whenever or let you cancel it whenever. contracts with a few months cancelation period are just more common, so it's doable to move that quickly

I think he's always kind of been around as a porn artist, but I don't think he was super popular among the mainstream internet til he got exposure from hanging around with a bunch of the big name Newgrounds people that later formed Sleepycabin (Spazkid, OneyNG, Psychicpebbles, and Stamper), as well as Egoraptor.
