In a sane society, the higher ups at Roblox would be killed by firing squad. I don't fucking care if this is fedposting. The people running Roblox are unashamed pedophiles who will continue to aid in grooming and trafficking children until they are no longer physically capable, and I doubt that's going to happen anytime soon.

What is it with Roblox and child rape? I certainly never heard about Club Penguin strip clubs or Minecraft sex dungeons yet whenever a story about a kid getting abducted pops up it ALWAYS involves Roblox and Discord. Amazing work as always, Sprate.

My continuing theory on this: Roblox is a good platform due to it's ease of access and lack of price point. Roblox has such minimum requirements to join that it makes integration and ban evading easy for both predators and children. Additionally, predators often seek out disadvantaged children, of whom if they're on Roblox then there's good odds they fall into 2 categories: A) Poor enough to not have Minecraft, and B) An exceptional lack of parental supervision compared to even the shitty baseline across other games.
Just like how pedophiles gravitate towards children's games and schools in general, Roblox is like a pedophile in a slum elementary school, where even less of a shit is given as long as the administration can keep making easy money and avoid accountability.

Words really can’t describe how evil Roblox has become as a corporation. I genuinely believe that the safety of children is the last thing they’re prioritizing when it should be the first. This is by far the most insane thing i’ve seen Roblox do. This most likely means a condo game (hotel rooms, sex animations called innocent stuff, people holding signs with NSFW stuff on them etc) will be officially collaborating with Roblox on the new event.
Like i said in that deleted tweet, it legit makes me feel as if my hard work is for nothing. Sure we get a few predators arrested on felonies but none of that matters if the leadership wants to keep Roblox unsafe. Really sucks, I used to love playing the game but now you can’t go a lobby without seeing gooner avatars or whatever and overall i barely play outside of when I’m filming videos.

Major updates since then:
RoCatchers started a boycott against the egg hunt, and it blew up to the point it started trending on Xitter.
As a result of the boycott, 28-30 games so far have backed out of the event.
The boycott also made its way to the Roblox subreddit, and of course, in general Reddit fashion, they have banned any discussion of it.
Seemingly due to the boycott, Teddy is no longer in The Hatch dev server, either being kicked or he just left on his own.

Degenerates tend to flock to children's games, and Roblox is free. Groomers don't have to pay for it, and I believe it's one of the most played MMOs at the moment. There's no restrictions on it like past MMOs like Club Penguin either (which I'm sure had many issues before it's closure). They don't have to pay for voice chat, all they need is a burner phone number I believe. Therefore they can use their fetish of exposing their degeneracy to minors and keep making new accounts over and over.
I don't know the exact year roblox truly took off, but I remember it being a thing back in 2010-2012. I didn't really play much of it since I considered myself too old despite being in elementary at the time. All I remember is some call of duty knock-off game, and hide and seek. I'm sure there was fucked up stuff back then, but this is genuinely horrifying.
