It all comes down to how much they can get admitted into evidence. Because a lot of this shit is screenshots and commentary we might find that the pool of evidence that paints Deformedstiny’s character might end up being quite shallow.

Again if the jury could see everything we’ve seen Pxie’s won. Shit even 40% of what we’ve seen in the thread. However, I think getting evidence accepted is going to be the uphill battle for Pxie’s lawyers. Destiny’s sex pest defence force know what they need to keep of the record and will likely fight tooth and nail to do so.

destiny is using two different standards for the burden of proof between Pxie and himself. He wants Pxie to have concrete evidence: the exact DM he sent to AbbyMC containing 'The Video' (despite admitting that he wiped all his messages, and AbbyMC's statement corroborating that)

But for him, because AbbyMC took a picture of his setup at a distance that also means she snooped around all his files, emails, google drives, etc -- he wants people to extract all that from this photo he shared. This isn't destiny's first run in with the 'paranoia of possibilities' it's the same Atlas+Denims situation; He provides no direct evidence that any snooping was done, just that there was a potential for snooping to have occurred, that was enough for him w/ Atlas and it's enough for him now with AbbyMC.

What is more likely, that Abby jumped on one of his unlocked computers (remember he has 2), that specific PC was logged into his google drive, she browses to the right URL and folder and sticks around long enough to listen to the Chaeiry audio and also notice that Pxie is in some of the videos too, or that Destiny sent her a link to a google drive with a bunch of random sex tapes in it?

This will probably work imo, a legal case is a bigger deal than a bunch of twitlongers or a 3 hour video essay. The lack of mainstream coverage has really, really helped him, the only people that know what has happened are regulars of the thread.
