They have entire conferences dedicated to it. Its how to set up the economoic, social and legal conditions of a country to make it that a lot of the browns start fucking off on their own accord and then once you get it down to a manageable level you can do the rest by force. The idea that most of them came because of all of those reasons, so a country needs to create the opposite reasons to make them want to leave to get you to a level that you can boot the rest out easily.

I remember a seeing a similar bunch of spectacular claims being thrown around in the immediate aftermath of Russian first-strikes on Ukrainian targets on the eve of their initial invasion. I think it's best to wait and see.
